Hi everyone!
Foremost, an important update: Due to some unanticipated staff reshuffling, workload priority of certain tasks has shifted hands abruptly. Though we do not anticipate any critical delays of any sort, the style and presentation of certain elements moving forward might change somewhat, and we'll strive to make sure it is for the better.
With that out of the way, lets get to the matter of hand. Busy busy this month as we had our hands full training a feisty lady. And who doesn’t love a woman in uniform?
Police commissioner Kenna of the Henosis police force has officially entered the fray as she is set to play a key role in the upcoming story-line. With all her character art work now nearly finished, work will soon culminate on events that are set around her. And yes, that includes ones with the naughty variety as well, both on the bed and on the battlefield! Alongside that, some new NPCs standing silhouettes and sprites were also created which we will feature in our next "Meet The Characters" issue! So stay tuned for that!
Last week, we mentioned our writers mulling over a new idea for a side quest. Good news this week is that they have stopped mulling. Awkward news however is that there are so many ways to tackle this new quest, they're now mulling where to start from.. Well, at least they have a framework set out and we're hopeful it won't be long before they figure out the rest. Slime Quest too got an extensive makeover in certain areas to accommodate more branching opportunities for varied outcomes. Needless to say, with the next patch being specifically tailored for the RPG enjoyers out there, we want to leave no opportunities underutilized for providing the intended experience!
Finally, audio enhancement work was front and center this week. Unfortunately, even though we were successful adding them into the game, a couple of little glitches popped up almost immediately. Erroneous sounds would repeat when transferring between maps which is sadly not an intended feature and the coder, as of writing this post, is still trying to figure out the source of this anomaly. Other than that, everything turned out A-Okay and once we figure out all the kinks, we'll be moving forward with our plans for adding more of them to our other areas as well!

Hi everyone o/
Welcome to our first progress issue for the month of February! As you're most probably aware, we're running the "Slime Chronicles" series this month focusing on the events and elements that'll transpire in the upcoming patch. Following up on those, will be the Progress Reports that will serve to round up not only the entire presentation but also facets that were not showcased in the series. Lets dive right in!
You have already met Sumura, the charismatic and buxom beauty who leads the slimes. While we showcased most of her "assets", some minute details, at the time, were still on the drawing board, including the first full H event. Glad to report, both of these pending issues have now been tackled and await quality evaluation! Not only that, but a variety of new cut-ins- ero attacks that trigger during battles, are in the works as well, with the first few installments clearing the artist's table and now in the hands of our coder who will soon start play-testing their viability!
While the artist busied himself bringing the new story to life, the writer's guild pushed on in a different direction with a few plans of their own. The slime saga no doubt remains the center of their attention with new changes, tweaks and event additions being deployed on a daily basis, but this week they changed gears starting work on a new quest, tagged the "AI". Robotically cryptic? At least we, without much else to go on, feel so. One thing is for certain: It's too early in its infancy to make it to the next patch. Either way, let's hope Caly fairs better than she did at the tentacles of Tripteen bots!
Quest Log development continues to be a fun challenge for our coder! Unfortunately, RPG Maker MV tends to be an odd entity that loves to take the fun out of any challenge by simply being stubbornly unpredictable. Still, we're assured that code is coming together nicely and we might just be able to iron out the wrinkles faster than expected! Considering we have new audio SFX samples coming in that will require his undivided attention, we wish our binary boy good wishes and grand luck for smooth sailing! Oh? What SFX samples you wonder?

Hey everyone o/
Welcome to, what is going to be a selective short series that we'll be running for the month of February. We will be introducing new characters and simultaneously walk you through various game-play facets of the upcoming patch which is due out in March(fingers and toes crossed).
Since we've already discussed the patch in detail in our last Progress Report, we'll not bombard you with a text repeat, but will still lightly touch on some important points.
For our first character introduction, you have already met Sumura above. There is much more to say about her but that'll give away some important bits of story so, for now, we'll refrain. Instead, feast your eyes on some new sprites!
We're very proud of the work the artist has put into developing a variety of new NPCs for this patch! No matter their importance, each and everyone of them truly breathe their own unique blend of life-force into the story. And of-course, we haven't forgotten the standing art for the recurring generic NPCs!
Behold, the new female NPC silhouettes! Chatting up a passerby beauty has never been more immersive, and they each come with their own set of distinctive physical traits!
And of-course brand new H content was also minted, but they're not fully ready yet for sharing so... please accept the following teaser and give us a pass this time.
