- ~38 new adult animations
- You can now travel to the final wasteland destination to defeat Domina.
- 9 new enemies.
- 5 new characters.
- 4 new wasteland locations.

- Lots of new H-scenes.
- Grace and the Overseer’s daughter can now become pregnant.
- You can now marry Diana and Grace.
- Commitment mechanic: if you express your feelings to a character, they'll commit to you and won’t sleep with others.
- You can now have an unlimited number of children, but each costs 60-80 caps per week to support (including bastards, if NTR is enabled).
- 4 new cards.
- Ability to upgrade and remove cards during a run.
- NTR opt-out option at the start of a new game.
