I'm happy to finally share the official release schedule for Episode 2 (Part 2), along with some details about what's coming in the next update.

First, let's get the dates out of the way!

We're just one week away from the first Early Access release!

This update will bring approximately 1 hour of new gameplay (same as previous one), with plenty of new content and story developments.

Here's what you can expect:

As you already know, Episode 2 is divided into two parts, with each episode representing one day in the story.

Part 1 covered the beginning of Day 2: our characters getting ready, traveling to the countryside estate of David's friends and business partners, and settling into their new surroundings.

Without giving away too much, there are some unexpected developments ahead.

Some events will bring two rather shy hearts much closer than either of them could have anticipated. There will be moments that might seem insignificant at first glance, but will mean a lot to the characters involved.

And, of course, remember what Max told the MC about that incident between him and Megan?

Well, Mary will find out about it.

How she discovers it, what happens afterward, and what she genuinely thinks about the whole situation are just some of the things you'll get to experience in this update.

A lot of things from Episode 1 and Part 1 will start falling into place, while some new developments might leave you with even more questions. 

I'm really excited about this one. Not only because it concludes the second day, but also because I think it brings some important moments for our characters and their relationships.

This update has been a huge amount of work, and I'm really happy with what I've managed to put together.

From the new locations and 253 renders to the animations, dialogue, and all the little details that go into making the experience feel complete.

After the Early Access period, Episode 2 — Part 1 is now available to everyone.

This update continues the story into the first half of Day 2, exploring the consequences of the events of Day 1 and further developing the relationships and internal conflicts between the main characters.

- Approximately 60 minutes of new playtime
- Continuation of the main story
- The first half of Day 2
- Further exploration of the dramatic outcome of Day 1

The game is now available through the official NerveFade itch.io page and our Discord community.

As NerveFade is an 18+ game, the game content itself is not distributed directly through this public post.

Each tier will receive the new build according to its respective early-access period.

Episode 2 — Part 1 continues the story from where the first episode left off, bringing new developments, new scenes, and plenty of moments I've been working hard to bring to life. This part is also the beginning of a much larger chapter of the story.

If you were one of the people who supported me for $5/month before the new tier system was introduced, I haven't forgotten about you.

The following supporters will receive Episode 2 — Part 1 on September 5, effectively receiving the same early access as the highest tier, regardless of which tier they are currently subscribed to:

Episode 2 — Part 1 is almost here. ❤️

Hey frens!

Just one month left until the next update! 🎉

The past 7 days were a little different from my usual development weeks. Instead of spending most of my time working on NerveFade, I had to deal with some personal things that had been piling up and suddenly needed my attention.

Even with that, development is still on track and within the planned release schedule.

This week, I added 37 new rendered images to the upcoming update and, most importantly, I finally finished the development and setup of the last new environment that will be used in the next update.

So, all the new locations are now ready, and I can fully focus on bringing the remaining scenes to life. There is still plenty of work ahead, but I'm really happy with where things are at right now.

I also made some changes to the subscription tiers and added several new ones. You can check out all the details on my profile.

Because of these changes, the release schedule for paid supporters has also been updated. However, don't worry if you were already supporting me before the tier changes.

Everyone who was already subscribed to any paid tier before these changes will receive the next update as soon as I finish it — on September 5th.

I've also permanently locked in the old $5 price for everyone who was already subscribed to the $5 tier. The tier is now $10, but existing $5 supporters will continue paying $5 instead of $10 for as long as they remain subscribed.

The new tiers also come with some new benefits, so feel free to check them out on my page. And starting this Monday, there will be a new weekly poll for the $10 and $20 tiers, where we'll be choosing outfits and clothes for upcoming updates together!

I'm really excited to start doing these polls and give you guys a little more influence over what happens in future updates. 😄

We're getting closer and closer to the release, and I'm really happy with how everything is coming together.
