I've noticed a ton of people fell off subscriptions this month (along with several over the past few months), from what I believe is just your payment method lapsing. I do not know if/how SubStar notifies of this happening, but please check to make sure your billing method is up to date.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, once you've done this, you may need to resubscribe. At the first link above, you should see "extend subscription" under the ACTIONS column.

Hi! Thanks so much for being a part of my sticker club!! I LOVE designing new stickers every month and I love being able to send them to you all.
However, SubStar does make it a little trickier than Patreon to facilitate this. SubStar makes you take a few extra steps to share your address with me, even if I have a tier set to request your address.
SO this post is going to walk you through making sure your address has been shared with me so I can start (or continue!) to send you goodies each month!
Your UI might look slightly different than mine but hopefully it's mostly the same!
Start by using the dropdown menu at the top right, and select "Account Settings" from the menu.
On this page, there will be several things to do. 1. First, click "Shipping Address" in the menu to the left, or scroll down to the Shipping Address section.
2. Click the "Set Shipping Address" button. Enter your address. Please include your Full Name, and ALL parts of your address. Once you have done this, make sure to SAVE YOUR CHANGES.
3. Click "Manage" to the right of "Specify which Creators can see your email address". I do not know what this next page looks like, but obviously you want to share you address with me (Ashenwhiskers).
Once you have done this, make sure to SAVE YOUR CHANGES.

This would cover most of my major bills, including insurance and prescriptions, as well as sticker production/mailing!
This is a huge goal and I don't really expect to meet it but it's still here! This would leave me a lot more time to deisgn new merch and expand on the sticker club.
At this point, I would start adding bonus stickers to shipments. An idea I've thought a lot about is "YCH stickers", where I'd offer physical sticker design slots and club members would receive copies of these stickers as well.
