POST #1 — Welcome

If you're reading this, you probably already know Path of Desire — or at least you're curious enough to check it out. Either way, welcome.

Let's get something out of the way immediately. I will NEVER paywall game content.

No scenes locked.
No "early access only."
No missing content unless you pay.

Path of Desire is, and will always be, fully free for everyone.

"So why does this page exist?"

Because a surprising number of people kept asking for it, simply to support the project directly. This is for those people. Ty btw.

Now the real question is:

"What supporters get?"

If you're not paying for content access(never will happen) and you're supporting development you should atleast get something, right?

What I can offer without compromising the game (accepting suggestions):

Discord roles based on tier
Access to supporter-only Discord channels
More direct interaction with me (I know cringe, but it is what it is. What else can I offer really?)
Occasional behind-the-scenes thoughts, planning notes, or previews (some of those should be available for everyone though)
Extra polls when I'm deciding wich scenes to make next

What I won't ever do:

Gate scenes
Gate characters
Delay releases for non-supporters (I will probably release the game on discord first to bug test then make the official release a day or two after fixing bugs to avoid releasing the game with bugs, since it already happened both times I made a release.)
