Bitter Sweet Sensation

Ok, here it is, the cherry on top, the crown jewel of the entire video, and by far my longest animation yet: Bitter Sweet Sensation ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).

My original plan was to create one medium-length animation and two or three short ones, but I ended up making a single very long one instead. I might have overdone it a bit, because in the end the damn thing didn’t even want to load in MMD. After some careful cleanup, though, it works now.

Bitter Sweet Sensation is 12 minutes and 13 seconds long, totaling 22,000 frames. Izumi’s VMD file is around 54 MB, and Maran’s is about 59.3 MB. Each takes between 2 and 3 minutes to load, and they will only load in MMD 64-bit.

Anticipating that some people might run into issues with MMD, I also produced “Lite” versions. These are slightly lower in quality, but the difference is minimal. They are 29.6 MB for Izumi and 33.6 MB for Maran, and they load much faster, so give them a try.

Both the VMD and Blender versions are already available in their respective folders.

Progress Report & Updates

Bitter Sweet Sensation is the last new animation that will be used for the Part Time Jobs 3 video(s). Older animations and some third-party ones will also be included. The new animations alone total over 30 minutes of runtime, not counting story scenes, so this is shaping up to be a very long video.

I will now begin full video production. Even though not all story animations are finished, I will create them along the way. This also gives me time to wait for the voice acting on the final animation. This animation will receive a small update later, mainly to improve lip syncing once the voice work is ready.

Izumi 2.3.3: Minor fixes to weight painting on her Casual Clothes 2 outfit
Izumi’s EPMX Blender files now include more of her outfits
Izumi’s alt textures now include a lust tattoo, makeup, and new color palettes for some outfits
Maran: Fixed weight painting on his arms for both Blender and PMX versions as well as updates to his arm bones.
New variants added to the Pleasure and Guilt animation sets
Small changes to some of the animations that are part of the Guilt and Pleasure sets, mainly physics animation.

Next Steps

Quick and simple, it is now time to start video production, even if it feels a bit rushed. Let’s see what I can come up with. Wish me luck, and thank you for your support and patience.

4 New animations are up

Ok, here is something a little bit early, I usually release the animations I am working on the following month, meaning the animations I have now would be available around the 5th of the next month, however, I am nearly done with sex animations and the 3 or 4 that are left to do, will be kept under wraps to avoid spoilers, so I said fuck it, let’s release the new animations now, sooooo yeah.

Four new animations have been added to the download folders and some of the ones that are already done had some updates, mainly an update to jiggle physics since I adopted a new workflow for animation those, not all of the though just a couple of them.

Now the Pleasure and regret animation sets have 9 animations each, the final animations will be part of a new set, specifically for the ending of the story so that is why they are going to be kept secret and there will be no previews either, I want to make these longer than the rest so they will take around 16 to 17 days to complete, less if I can manage.

This puts me closer to completing all animations, just story animations would remain and most of the are animations that are a couple seconds long and at least two long ones but I’ll report progress on those as usual on my X account.

For now the new links should be in your DMs now and you can enjoy the new animations both VMD and BLEND versions.

Also I finally had time to upload the video tutorial for the latest update to my Blender rig, nothing major but there were a couple changes that should help with animation.

We are closer now to finishing this looooong and expensive project, and once again I thank everyone for their patience.

One more animation is Up

Ok the last animation of the pleasure set is now done, I originally wanted to finish all 3 pieces but due to some hardware issues I could not finish those in time, Rin, Gumi and Izumi are part of these new loops and I already updated the download files, also updated Rin’s animation to move her a bit back and changed the position of her legs a bit because they were clipping too much for my liking with her partner.

Now go and grab a fresh copy, both vmd and blender files are already updated, back to work for me now.

Progress Report

Time for another update. As you may have already noticed, there should be new download links in your DMs by now. As usual, there are also new animations uploaded in the $10 tier folders.

That is not all. There is also a video with a preview of Izumi’s voice acting. Only a few animations have voice acting for now, but in total there are around 15 minutes of voiced animations. There are still a few animations that need to be voiced, but this brings us much closer to getting everything finished.

Keep in mind that not all of the animations I will use will be voiced, although most of them will be.

This update includes 5 new animations and a couple of new variants of the standing thighjob animation.

I originally wanted to finish 6 animations, but I have been dealing with some hardware issues lately and could not get the last one done in time. No worries though. I will finish that animation and then move back to animating story scenes later this month.

I will take a couple of days before that since I need to rebuild my PC. I have been troubleshooting these issues for months and finally found the cause of my random freezing and restarts. It turns out my motherboard’s SATA controller is failing, so I had to buy a new one.

I spent almost an entire week backing up my files and I am still not done. Moving 12 TB of data is not fun.

Once everything is back up and running, I will get back to work. In the meantime, check Izumi’s VA preview and let me know what you think about it and the new animations. The previews are in their own folder inside the 4K and 1080p video links.

A new Blender addon popped up recently and it has been a huge help. It makes weight painting much more straightforward. With it, I updated Izumi’s Casual Clothes 02 model again to smooth out the weights on her pencil skirt and thong.

The update is already public, and the EPMX version has been updated as well. I also added a new texture to her C-string. Everything is available in the usual public download link.
