Under the Sea

Oldie but goodie and still one of my most popular works. From 2018, this was originally a poster done for Steamposium, a local Steampunk Convention, with the theme "Under the Arctic Ice" using my original characters. Sadly they had to cancel that year because of venue issues and the convention just never recovered after.

Inspired by steampunk, traditional fairy tales, the lore and mythology behind the astrological sign and star constellation Pisces, and The Little Mermaid with a 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea twist.

I hope to get to tell the full story of these two finned sisters one day, and draw many more mermaids and other creatures of myth and legends in the near future!
