GOLDSHIP THE WHITE

Part two of the mini event! 

This is the second entry in the trilogy of cursed but hopefully adorable Umamusume crossed over with Lord of the Rings memes/parodies featuring Goldship aka Golshi as first Gandalf the Gray and now as Gandalf the White as the central character. 

"Goldship never looses, nor does she win, she arrives at the finish line precisely when she means to."

This paradoxical misquote of Gandalf's famous line form the Fellowship of the Ring (and Frodo's in the book) was what started this entire mini event. The real life racing horse that Goldship was based on was known for his quirky and unpredictable behavior during his career. A great deal of lore still surrounds him to this day, including, after his retirement, the butterfly video and the veterinarian's assessment that he was never racing to his full potential prior to retirement. This all just seemed to fit with Gandalf's nature.
