As I said in my previous post, I generally won't be making my Hunyuan Video LORAs available for free. However, since this was my first, I thought I would go ahead and make it available for everyone right off the bat. Maybe just to demonstrate what I'm doing on this.

My Hunyuan Video research has paid some unintended dividends. In playing with the LORAs that are out there, I noticed that many of them don't seem to do natural facial movements well, or expressions. So I started trying to figure out how I could maybe merge some of them to modify some things I wasn't satisfied with, or create new models from merges entirely. I wrote a crude tool that allows me to do that. I just now got it working, and am playing with mixing some models together. So I may have some Hunyuan content available for you in the near future. Due to the fact that Hunyuan stuff takes so much time, I won't be releasing these models for free. They will only be available to paying members, at least for now.
I haven't tried training my own models yet. I only have a 4060ti with 16GB, and that isn't enough juice.  Yes, I know I could do the Runpod thing, but out of the 300 subscribers I have, only 3 or 4 are paying members. I don't have the extra cash to pay for Runpod time, nor for a GPU with more memory. So, I think I'm going to wait a while and see where the tech goes and where the subscriber contributions go, and worry about training later. For now, I should be able to provide some interesting stuff just by mixology.

For the past several days, I have been playing with the Hunyuan Video stuff to see if it is at a stage where I want to dedicate any time to it (ie. train models). I'm still playing with it, but some of it looks promising. I'll keep you posted.
