Hey, gang. I know I haven't posted anything in almost a month, but this time it's due to some positive changes.
Firstly, I actually have a kind-of-stable internet connection now, which has allowed me to reconnect with real-life friends I haven't had much contact with in the passed few months. One of them bought me Red Dead 2 for my birthday. I've been playing the shit out of it.
Secondly, I managed to land a real job. This has really helped my mental health, as I no longer have to stress about money. This also means I will be upgrading my PC soon, which means better, faster renders.
It does have its cons, though. Finding the time to work on creative projects is difficult while I'm still being trained and getting used to the work. Compounding this is that I'm living with someone with a child that likes to barge into places and is quickly learning to read, all while my bedroom door doesn't work properly. I have to pick my time wisely.
But, it does make me value the time I do have, and having less stress makes me more productive. These circumstances won't last forever. Once I'm finished training (and on night shift, which is what they hired me for), I predict I'll have ample to time to work on my projects.
As far as content goes, I'm working on the last part of "The Den," which will be followed by an update to "Abel's Ascension." When I'm finished with those, I want to announce my secret project.
I'll be putting out renders throughout this time like I was until recently. One will be posted today or tomorrow depending on how long the rendering takes.
Anyway, if you've read this far, I appreciate your interest and understanding.
Here's to a hopeful 2020!
