Confined and Horny v0.17 public release
From now on, links and cheat codes will be posted on the Discord.

- Android: changed target SDK to avoid Google Play warning on install

- Replaced the logo on the default wallpaper
- Fixed an inconsistency with Emily's shoes being on when they shouldn't be
