first time somebody won in a raffle two times in a row, according to the rules when this happens said winner gets a sticker instead and then a re-roll happens, so this month we have two and a half winners
also, i highlighted the wrong nickname in the first vid, 11 instead of 10, don't mind that, it's just me being an idiot, 10 is a winner
