Our main hero gets his main look! Danny Phantom is obviously the man we gotta care about and play as, so we thought we'd make him look pretty cool!

Love his arm crossed look, and Psymind also gave him a number of expressions to work with, some featured here.

Gonna give him a number of different features, including Fenton Thermos use, a proper "Going Ghost" animation, a floating ghost tail, and even some additional hand poses. The arms crossed gesture will probably be one of the most common styles of gestures in the game, so a lot of people will have that one.

What do you guys think? Looking pretty snazzy, right?

Hey everyone, happy start of the week! For me, anyway, I’m back at the factory job tonight, but I’m finding time to post hot girls in my down time!

Check this one out! Maddie is certainly a big deal for both show and Amity Park fans, so we wanted to do her both good justice and still make her our own thing. Great, great work from Psymind once again, seriously outstanding.

Could go into more detail when we get the finalized line work of her, but I’ll just go over some stuff quick.

Some more design changes and finalized touches to come when the line work gets completely done, but I thought she already turned out great! What do you guys think?

Also, check out our finalized work for Sam & Paulina! Some minor body modifications were made for Paulina, and I think they both just look stellar! Sam actually got some different facial expression optimization, so I thought I'd make her show you a funny face.

Everybody enjoying their weekend so far? We hope so!

Just got handed these finalized models of Jazz & Danny (Jazz having just been completed, and Danny having gotten some additional edits and finalized line work). Couple of interesting things to actually talk about with regards to both models, but I'll just focus on the main stuff here.

With Jazz being the second of the new batch of Character Portrait Models we're creating, we had to ask "Well, what does the *following* human being look like in comparison to our base human, Danny?"  Considering that this model would be both related, *slightly* taller, and female, we thought Jazz was a good step in the right direction to help firmly establish the art design style for the rest of the models going forward.

Jazz's body type was decided to be modeled closer to having a more "petite", ballerina figure, as if she did dance at a younger age. Being the older of the Fentons, we thought we'd try to make her the *slightest* of degrees taller. The difference between Jazz and Danny's model before was pretty jarring in the last game (Danny was a manlet in comparison to most every model we had before) so we thought we'd make it less noticeable. She was definitely taller in the show as well, but we thought it'd be good to show that as an 18 year old man, Danny has grown up in our timeline of the show.

The outfit choice for Jazz was actually based off a previous sketch Psymind made for the "Amity Park" redesign of Jazz, the high rise jeans specifically. I didn't think I liked it then, personally, as I believed it was good to stick to the show's much more simple designs... but given the switch in art style we're going for, I like the choice for additional details! It should stand apart in style from the show and the game before it.

Love Jazz's face as well, it's really cute. Her slightly larger eyes give her more of a "doe" look that I like. The biggest, most contentious debate we've had on this project as a team thus far? The headband! Not to go too far into it, but we couldn't determine whether we should make it more like the cartoon, where it's wider but then looks like a headband... I think the result we ultimately went with to make it more forward on her head and thinner in width works great.

Final bit of trivia, Jazzs model doesn't have actual arms, legs, torso, private parts, most of her feet... just what you see. We thought it'd be good to optimize time and effort and only add and design a fully body naked model of characters we have more immediate plans to do more lewd scenes with. Jazz isn't on that immediate list, so she's just a head and hands, poor girl! Thankfully, the way Psymind optimizes his character models will make this an easy fix in later updates where we'll need her to be more... free spirited.

Hoping you're all liking this stuff so far, cause it's definitely fun for all of us here to start fresh with Dark Dimensions, to see how we can improve and make things interesting for characters you've already had experience playing around with. Originally, we were planning to complete the whole Fenton Family's first as our main priority with regards to the character portraits, but since certain characters are planned to be one of the main focuses of the first update's focuses, we thought we'd attempt their stuff first and foremost.

Now who will be one of the key focuses of the very first update? That would everybody's favorite goth-punk vegetarian, Sam Manson!
