Storyboards for the next chapter are now finished. In spite of everything, it took me around two months, averaging out one page thumbnail per day. Very pleased with that.
Apologies that there was a near four month gap between script writing and storyboarding, but other things needed more immediate attention. Gonna take the rest of May to make sure the storyboards are all on the up-and-up, and will start working on the first page batch at the start of June.
Additionally, I'll be once again opening "Your Character Here" donations slots, for anyone that would like a cameo in the comic as a background character/cannon fodder, just in case anyone might be interested. there'll be around 10-15 slots available for Chapter 7 (these are a ONE-TIME pay thing per chapter, once your donation's gone through, you've got the spot).
YCH in Queens of Harem If you've been reading my comic, then you might've noticed that I try to have fun even when designing canon fodder, be it background characters or one-off participants.
Should everything work out as I'm hoping for, in June I'll be opening up seven 30$ donation slots on here (and on Patreon) as I draw the last update for Chapter 5, so that contributors can have their own characters fill up the scene above. If nobody is interested, it's fine (you can see that I already have some base ideas on what to do), but I'd like to make the offer regardless. It'll be a one-time donation, and your character will be used for as long as required, without the need of any further donations. Things to keep in mind, however:
Your character has to be human, male, and fit with the examples provided below, of a common thug/criminal. Clothing is irrelevant, but if it works with what I'm showing, even better;
Your character is gonna get pummeled, no ifs, ands or buts about it. This might be a bit goofy or very violent, so be warned;
At most, they'll have their cameos last for the start of Chapter 6, but might also pop up later in the current story arc;
If your character cameos at this point in the story, that doesn't mean they'll be excluded from future cameos later down the line, but I might have to give consideration to different characters in any other YCH events.
