Weekly Update 34/2026

Hi, guys!
Well, well, well... I was doing so well with my weekly updates. And then I skipped another one last week.

But I have an excuse! Actually, I have several. Let's start from the beginning.

Last time, I told you that I was about to spend the weekend renovating my office.
Well... That turned into a four-day weekend.
Two days of renovation, one day assembling furniture, and another day cleaning up the absolute pigsty our house became during the process.

But that's not why I skipped last week's update. Somehow, I still managed to keep game development more or less on schedule.
The real reason was something else.

I found myself in a forced, completely non-consensual BDSM relationship with DAZ Studio.
For one particular event, I created six large animations. And thanks to the wonderful technological miracle that is DAZ Studio, I missed something when I switched from DAZ 4 to DAZ 6.
Which meant I had to render all six animations again. And then again.
And then... AGAIN.
I started wondering which one of us was actually enjoying this relationship. It wasn't me.
As a result, I didn't finish the post-processing I'd planned, and I didn't have anything new to show you.

But this week, I do!
I've been working in my new creative studio for almost two weeks. At first, it felt a little unreal, but I've got used to it surprisingly quickly. I can safely say I never want to go back to my old setup.
I even have a sofa in my office now. I'm not entirely sure whether it's a hint from my wife, though.
Fortunately, I managed to successfully resist her attempts to decorate it with throw pillows.
There are limits. This is still a man's workplace. A man who spends his days dressing digital dolls and arguing with gravity simulations, but a man nonetheless.

Anyway! Now for the actual Chapter 3 news.
By the end of next week, I expect to finish rendering all the images and animations for Chapter 3.
And believe me, there are A LOT of them.
This will mark the end of another major development stage. After that, it's finally time to move on to coding and start turning all these thousands of images and animations into something you can actually play.
I'm really looking forward to that.

And that's everything for today!
Thank you, as always, for your support, and have a wonderful weekend!
