Episode 8 - Progress Report #7

Hey everyone

I finished the writing part for this episode 🥳. I did some reworks of certain scenes and I am happy with how everything flows now. I'm certain there will be more changes coming, but for now it's time to move on to the visuals.

I haven't really taken the time yet to make calculations for render counts and stuff like that. I'll break that down for you in next week's report. This coming week I'll probably be busy with creating the new characters, new outfits, and new environments. So I'm not starting with renders just yet, but it shouldn't be too far off now.

I also wanted to share the results of the poll from a while back. The question was: "Which main love interests are you most intrigued by and most excited to see more of?"

Not too many surprises I think. Fiona is topping the charts once again, probably at least partially thanks to having the most content in the game so far. Rachel and Evelyn are closest to Ashe, so it makes sense they'd have a top spot as well. Followed by them is the cutie squad Delilah and Lexi. People also still have hope for Vanessa to redeem herself somehow, it seems. Natasha as the most controversial one still got a good amount of votes. Bella and Oriana haven't had too much of the spot light yet, so makes sense that they're down there (surely thanks to Bella's grating attitude as well 😅). And last but not least, poor Kate. It's been a while since we've seen something with her, so maybe that has tanked her votes a bit too.

Thanks for participating in the poll. As always, polls like this won't have a direct effect on the story. This is more for me to check in with the community to get a feeling of where your minds are at.
