Let Chaos Reign Chapter 19
The Spear Meets the Wall
“All tanks and anti-infantry, prioritize those speeder bikes. B1 droids continue to march on the clones in our outer defensive wall.” A chorus of affirmatives and roger rogers greeted me.
The tanks turned away from the clones in our fortifications and swiveled to fire on the oncoming tide of speeder bikes and lances. Some of the speeders opened fire with azure lances of energy flying forth, impacting walls and the occasional droids.
Any droids hit, sparked, and whirred before falling over like puppets that had their strings cut. The speeders came in fast, weaving out of the way of heavy blaster fire that sent up mud flying everywhere. Only the occasional shot would land that would take out a speeder bike and the clone or clones riding it, since some of them had two on them. One would hold the lance, and the other would focus on driving and shooting.
It was like World War I fused with the Middle Ages way of waging war, and you add weird futuristic technology together into a weird melting pot. It was so cool and exciting!
I should be freaking out about it and concerned about the droids under my command, but how could I be when I have a jousting battalion fighting me? This was fucking awesome!
One clone in particular got my interest when they weaved through the wall of blaster fire, always finding openings, moving far better than the vast majority besides the Jedi and a few of the more elite clones. The latter wasn’t that big of a gap with the white-armored figure wearing the standard clone trooper armor that the rank and file wore, yet he may as well have been leagues above the others. It was like he could see the future of any droid he looked at, knowing when it would shoot and where it would go before the trigger had been pulled. Between that and the droids he blasted or used that lance on, he took out droves of them that almost put the Arc Troopers to shame. I idly wondered if that clone was the one I body-jacked.
I was drawn from my thoughts when I saw Obi-Wan and Anakin riding alongside the clones, taking charge from the front as they blocked and deflected blaster fire, with Anakin using some nice tricks, dodging blaster fire, and returning it with a vengeance, taking out five different droids manning heavy blaster cannons.
Each shot was aimed with pinpoint accuracy despite only having a fraction of a second to line up each shot. Realizing I couldn’t just stand there looking like a complete idiot as my forces were about to get ravaged by a bunch of clones riding speeder bikes and were going to joust me and my droids of all things.
With a quick flex, the mud ahead of a group of speeders shifted as if it had come alive before rising up into a wall of mud. The clones tried to slow down or veer out of the way, but only a few managed to give the wave of mud the slip, with the eight speeders left soon engulfed by the wave of mud that crashed down onto them as they yelled and screamed.
Another group of speeders whizzed past a line of clones hiding behind a fallen AT-TE, firing away and mowing down droids that were pushing back clones out of a hole in the outer wall. The mud surged and formed several tendrils that moved like a serpent in a swamp, rising up and grabbing any clones or their speeders and dragging them into the muddy depths.
There is still plenty to go around. Even with the ones I had taken care of and the few tanks and other heavy hitters that managed to tag the bikes, they gained ground fast. They moved faster than any vehicle back on Earth could hope to match besides a few fighter jets, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the bikes went out all, they could potentially even match them.
The speeder bikes cleared past what was left of the outer wall, with me snagging what I could from the rear before they cleared the mud. I could have swarmed the entirety of the defensive layers they had breached and taken them all out now, but then I would also destroy the entirety of my own forces.
Thankfully I had a few backup plans, not necessarily for something this absurd, but they should help handle it all the same. One bike opened fire at a cluster of droids and dismantled them before a red blaster shot zipped from above, hitting the clone's chest, not killing him outright but enough to disorient him as the bike spiraled out of control, crashing and exploding into a fortified wall, taking a few droids with him.
The clones looked up, seeing various sniper positions opening fire on them. Several of the clones' standard-issued blasters had been repurposed from that Venator I had taken with all its supplies into sniper rifles using regular tibanna gas instead of ion shots they had been using. The snipers along the various floors of the buildings were flesh and blood mercenaries, and the others were my Magnaguards.
Some of them I had made sure knew how to snipe and had blasters with various other weapons beyond just the electro staff they had as standard weapons. As dangerous as the staves were, they needed ranged options, preferably a variety of weapons, to handle most any situation they would come across.
The clones were now performing far more evasive maneuvers to avoid getting shot when several more got picked off their rides, crashing and exploding across the battlefield. All of the clones hadn’t failed in their job of taking out scores of droids with those lances even with my counteroffensive.
Dozens of droids were speared and ripped apart upon contact when a single lance met a group of them. They would have taken out even more had it not been for me having the foresight to spread them out, and the clones couldn’t do it often with the walls acting as good protection and barriers.
The clones running through the previous formations and defensive layers, on the other hand, were having an easier time. I rose from my cross-legged position when a particular speeder bike zoomed towards my position, evading most of the blaster shots, with the figure wearing clone armor with a brown cape behind it, their hand pulling up a blue lightsaber and deflecting several blaster shots, even managing to hit a few of the Hutt forces in the buildings who were slow to react.
The Magnaguards were nimble and fast enough to dodge them. I knew it was Obi-Wan as he zipped around, looking like an elegant ice skater moving through a bullet hell simulator. He weaved out of the way of a missile fired from a B2 and, with a wave of his hand, sent the missile into the back of an AAT that was soon engulfed in flames after blowing up and falling to the ground.
Having had enough, I needed to get his attention. A wave of my hand sent several strands of silk threads that were almost invisible and wrapped around his hand of the speeder, making it go faster as he wrestled for control. Trying to take his hand off of the throttle only to realize in confusion his hand was stuck to the threads like a fly caught in a spider's web.
Yanking hard on it, the bike veered off to the side to his horror, as I could feel the confusion and surprise coming from him before a hint of confidence. His bike was seconds from impacting a wall, he instead raised his other hand, and instead of hitting the wall and turning into a burning smear on it, he used the Force and lifted a piece of debris that became a ramp.
As soon as he was airborne, his blade snapped out towards his free hand, and he sliced through the threads attached to the handle, giving it some slack before he also leaped up and simultaneously cut off the handle of the speeder as it sailed right towards me.
Leaping out of the way as the tactical droid looked up after questioning me for more orders. The speeder slammed into and then dragged the poor droid, who even I would admit didn’t deserve that, as it sailed off over the edge of the platform and blew up.
Kenobi did an impressive display of aerial flips before landing with a bounce and clattering against the floor while giving me a cocky smile.
“Hello there.” I said calmly, beating him to his famous line as he quirked a brow. “Now what did that poor tactical droid ever do to you?”
“I think you should be more concerned with yourself, Tobi. I highly recommend you surrender now.” Kenobi fell into his stance of Form III after I pulled out my own lightsaber.
“Funny, because I was about to say the same for you.” I slid along the ground to his surprise, but he quickly adapted, defending against a series of probing strikes against his defensive form, my Sharingan fully active, seeing every twitch and movement he made as I already saw several openings and even more I could create.
But I didn’t, instead, I continued to observe him while he countered every strike using the barest of movement and conserving his energy. Even when I moved in circles around him, floating off the ground, peppering him with strikes, he remained calm and took all of it, and even had it not been for Haki and the Sharingan, he would have taken my hand off.
He wasn’t a bad duelist. He just preferred a purely defensive form, which, while it worked, wouldn’t help him should he need to get aggressive and go on the offensive. I had underestimated how good he was with the form and why I almost lost a limb to him.
Something that was soon corrected when a faint blood-red glow formed around me, coalescing into a skeletal figure that made Obi-Wan pause, and a perplexed expression adorned his face. I couldn’t fight off the smile that formed from his look of utter bafflement when he looked at my first formed Susanoo. I had taken off a few powers and replaced them while leaving on Haki just in case.
Might as well get this thing trained up, and it would help act as an extra form of offense and a little defense. “Take pride, Obi-Wan Kenobi, you are the first to witness this power. I call it… Susanoo," I said dramatically.
Before he could say anything, the skeletal figure formed around my upper torso, and above me, it had a skeletal arm that lashed out towards Obi-Wan, who raised his lightsaber to block, and to our surprise, it managed to cut through the arm, but it took several seconds as we both watched it carve slowly through it, like watching ice melt with a cheap, crappy blowtorch.
My blade snapped out in a fencer’s stance as I skated around him, he blocked it only to back off and duck under a blow from the arm that was just reformed. Every time he cut off a part of it, the limb dispersed and regrew. With Haki still active, I was confident in handling him and gaining as much information as I could about Soresu.
It also helped the rib cage forming around me that Kenobi swiftly learned after a couple of counterattacks was as resistant as the arm. He could cut through it, but the issue lay with how long that would take. And from what I could see with my Sharingan, it was taking a little longer each time as Esper kicked in on how I could use it and make it better.
It wasn’t something that would give me a massive advantage, but it was enough to pull the rug out from under Kenobi and make the fight more in my favor. With the added Susanoo, this fight had become much more difficult for him, as he was constantly forced to either deal with my lightsaber or the Susanoo limbs that now were slowly growing what looked like flesh.
Obi-Wan blocked a strike that managed to get a wince out of him when it almost managed to get his inner thigh, but he redirected the force of the strike away only to get a vicious smack to the face from the skeletal limb that sent him tumbling and likely seeing stars.
“While it was fun, Kenobi, this is where you say hello to goodbye.”
He looked up at me, his eyes questioning. “What?” Then they widened when I raised my hand in a way all Force users know intimately with what follows.
He raised his own hand as I let him, fully confident I could handle his Force Push. It rushed towards me, lightly cracking the rock and minerals that made up my command station before I uttered one of my favorite attacks in anime. “Almighty Push.”
His push, almost about to make contact with my Susanoo, was soon shattered like porcelain dashed against duracrete, the Almighty Push moving towards Kenobi, who tried to dodge out of the way only to stop momentarily when my threads kept him in place even when he snapped several of them.
By the time he freed himself, it was too late. He braced himself as I watched the entire event happen in slow motion. His arms with the lightsaber were pushed to his sides as he struggled to guard, and even one hand was attempting another Force Push. His armor was cracked and dented in places, his face looked like it was being subjected to an industrial fan as it folded and shifted like the water's surface on a lake.
He was pushed back, his eyes wide in disbelief before his back impacted the stone wall behind him, the wall cracked, then deformed as if a ball had been slammed into it before breaking apart entirely with Obi-Wan flying back and tumbling down with the debris.
Despite what he was subjected to, I stepped closer, watching him plummet, yet he was still capable enough to reorient himself mid-air and land without getting hit by the raining debris before falling to a knee, letting out a huff, with him looking worse for wear, yet he didn’t seem nearly as hurt by it as he should have. Then again… I did lowball it.
Still one hell of a thing to see a weaker Almighty Push do that much damage, but it also made sense Obi-Wan wasn’t exactly that naturally gifted in the Force like Anakin. But he more than made up for it in hard work and dedication. Time to put that dedication to the test.
Obi-Wan looked up as if he could and likely did sense what I intended. My looming shadow grew over him as I jumped off using another slot for another ability. My muscles subtly expanded and grew under the cloak, with Obi-Wan leaping out of the way in time with the ground cratering and cracking as if struck by a cannon.
My form became a blur, with Obi-Wan moving even faster, trying to keep up. His raised blade deflected the first strike before a second came in far faster than he had anticipated, sending his arm wide before a final strike with an overhead swing knocked his lightsaber out of his grip before, with a flourish, the tip of the energy blade was held at his throat with his back against the ground.
“Now I believe we are at the part where you surrender and order your men to stand down.” I said snootily like an aristocrat.
Obi-Wan levels me with a deadpan stare, rolling his eyes for added measure. “I wouldn’t be too sure about that.” He said with a smile despite me having him at my mercy.
Now curious, my Haki spread out, and I now realized why. I found it odd that one gunship Pitou took care of was only accompanied by a handful of others. My Sharingan remained on Obi-Wan, not even giving him the chance he needed to pull a fast one as the ships flew in hard and fast, attacking our flanks where my forces weren’t as concentrated.
But my mirth must have been felt through the Force as Obi-Wan’s confidence dimmed when he looked up at me. “You didn’t think I wouldn’t take into account the other sides of the city? That I would waste all of my resources handling you and Anakin? Pffft, pleeeease. You're both capable and worthy of some of my attention, but never all of it.”
The gunships moved into the city’s airspace before a series of rockets were fired from the various floors of the buildings. The mercenaries' and the Magnaguards' orders made expressly clear-- shoot down any ships that get too close.
Of course, they were smart about it. The ships fired away at the now abandoned sniping positions once Pitou had sensed the oncoming ships and gave the order to move to new locations and gather up their launchers. The same ones the Republic was generous to donate to us for this occasion.
Once the LAAT gunships had moved into proper positions, the various groups opened fire. Obi-Wan watched with wide eyes seeing the various gunships impacted by the missiles. By the time they had realized we were prepared for them, it was too late.
A few managed to do some evasive maneuvers, managing to make the rather large troop carriers turn and dive, avoiding some of the missiles, but others weren’t so lucky. One ship took a missile to the side that had it turn and almost crash into a building before regaining control. The LAAT gunship was a marvel to see, when they were indeed designed to take a decent amount of punishment to ensure their crews reached the hot zone they were supposed to deploy them in.
That of course had its limits. Like the three other missiles that slammed into the ship from both sides and its tail, turning it into nothing but flaming wreckage that flew past us overhead, crashing into a group of droids and two unfortunate speeder bikes that were at the wrong place and time. The ship crashed with the two speeders and their drivers screaming before fire consumed them all.
Then I paused, sensing Anakin through my Haki. The chosen one himself seemed to have noticed his friend's precarious situation and beelined it straight towards me, cutting down any droid that got in his way.
My attention diverted just enough so Obi-Wan rolled away before pulling his lightsaber into his outstretched hand with the Force as I turned and swung just in time when Anakin leaped off the speeder bike. Swiftly slicing it in half with ease before bringing my lightsaber up and blocking Anakin's overhead strike, which he added several spins in the air to increase the force of the strike.
Had I still remained in that B1 battle droid body, it would have broken both my arms and legs trying to take such a blow. Even redirecting it instead of meeting it head on would have taken my arm. But now with my Nen, Muscular ability, and enhanced physique courtesy of my nature as an incubus and an Uchiha, it was blocked with ease with no sign I was even struck besides the ground beneath my feet cracking from the force.
Anakin landed and followed up with a series of fast and powerful attacks, each feeding into the next attack. Taking what I had seen Obi-Wan do and using my skills as a swordsman, I refined them to better fit me as Anakin despite putting so much effort into his relentless assault that Obi-Wan soon joined him, neither of whom could break past my defense.
For added measure, Susanoo was formed again when Obi-Wan was using a form that wasn’t Soresu. I noted the similarities it had with Ahsoka’s Ataru, but it was different in that it didn’t use the mobility advantage by leaping around, instead opting for decent footwork, but the speed and intensity of his strikes had increased by a large margin, becoming far more aggressive.
Force Obi-Kenobi, the Master of Defense, to use his old Ataru form variant against you. One silver ticket. Use now? Y/N

I had to hide my frustration at getting something that makes me look like more of a bad guy. Already have enough of that, don’t need more and would prefer something that makes me look like a good guy.
“I didn't think I, of all people, would make the Obi-Wan Kenobi go on the offensive!” I said, excitedly brushing off my newest gain, happiness filled me at having managed to do something most others could never say they had accomplished. I managed to make Obi-Wan the Master of Defense and go on the offense.
Obi-Wan was utterly focused while Anakin continued to push his assault, yet not a single blow, despite the absurd power behind each swing that could crush duracrete and break through durasteel, made me wince. The swings were powerful enough they could break through a Susanoo rib in a single strike.
The Susanoo limbs, with the second arm now having formed with what appeared to be flesh formed along it like muscle that was a fungus growing across the skeleton. The limbs acted as my means of attacking while the lightsaber and ribs that would form briefly as I conserved energy helped keep any openings or strikes they could manage to get past my defenses, while few, were enough for me to take them seriously.
Obi-Wan stepped out of the way mid-strike where it was deflected, helping him avoid a thrust that would have incapacitated his arm, and finally spoke. “The respect is appreciated, even if I don’t think I am deserving of it. What do you hope to accomplish working with the Separatists?”
Anakin scowled, pushing my lightsaber out of range and lopping off both arms in a flourish before he aimed for my head. Instead of it landing like he expected, Haki already tipped me off on what he aimed to do, and I simply glided back a few inches, letting the blade whiff as Anakin had overreached.
Obi-Wan brought his blade up, clashing with my counterstrike that would have taken Anakin’s leg out without costing him the limb. I think Obi-Wan realized I was using kid gloves with them since I had several strikes I could have used to eliminate both of them if I wanted to kill them.
Anakin was either too blinded by whatever his issues with me were, maybe a bit of pride at being bested in both combat and tactics, or me attacking Obi-Wan-- yet again, self-defense! That last part was not doing me any favors when it came to the Chosen One.
“I will admit you are rather capable with a lightsaber.” He got out grunting and struggling to try and keep the pressure on me as they both were growing tired. Obi-Wan was being more conservative with his attacks, Anakin was like an attack dog that just couldn’t stop and was tiring quickly. His blows that had such force before were now love taps.
They were still far from weak, and most people, if blocking such strikes, would have tremors run up their arms from the power and probably get their arms broken. “Thanks for the compliment! Means a lot coming from the Master of Defense himself.”
I said happily, appreciative of the compliment, which meant a lot even if it didn’t mean much to Obi-Wan. “You forgot about me.” Anakin growled out, slamming his blade into mine, keeping his blade connected with the two crackling.
Obi-Wan wasn’t idle in the fight as he hacked away at the ribs, and despite the energy drain from it, Esper was helping mitigate the drainage by helping nudge me in directions to make it more efficient, and Haki was tipping me off where they would strike. The ribs were taking more strikes from Obi-Wan to hack through them compared to the beginning.
“Naw, I didn’t forget you so much as I just don’t respect a barbarian swinging his weapon around like a club. Where’s the finesse, class, and, above all else, style?” I drifted between the two, knocking Anakin's blade out of the way, followed up by a backhanded smack to the face that almost made him fall over.
He sported a surprised expression as if he couldn’t believe I just bitch slapped him before he rolled his jaw in anger. "Oh, don’t you worry, I’ll show you some style.” Anakin stormed over but stopped when Kenobi placed his hand on his shoulder.
“Anakin, we need to work together.” He said calmly, making Anakin see reason.
I had a couple of rewards, but the fight had all of my attention. I knew Pitou was covering for me since I was occupied while she used her En to properly direct our forces. The temptation to try and get more grew stronger… what would I get if I killed both of them?
The instant that thought formed, I crushed it under my heel. I wasn’t killing either of them. I liked both of them and knew the impacts they had on the galaxy and what would come after this conflict, they both would have a hand in all of it. Anakin didn’t like me now, but that didn’t mean I wanted to hurt him. More get under his skin and try to make him more reckless so I can take him out of the fight.
There were some things I needed to tell Kenobi, hoping he might listen to my warnings. The two soon charged me as we moved faster than most living things could see beyond blurs. My version of Soresu was growing faster now, and neither of them could break through, Anakin backing away along with Obi-Wan, neither of them voicing their plan courtesy of how well they knew each other.
“Now!” Anakin yelled out while concentrating.
“I hope you know what you're doing.” Obi-Wan grumbled but gestured with his hand at me, and Haki warned me of what was going to happen. I let him pull me, letting Susanoo fade and crumble away as I raced towards him with Anakin’s arms and torso shaking as he broke out into a sweat.
I floated through the air watching the two before Anakin released the built-up charge. It turned the ground into chunks that were destroyed with anything in its path ripped apart and crushed.
“I guess you’ll never learn. Here’s a real Force Push.” Almighty Push was charged far more than I had before. The two were horrified seeing I still had more to show them.
The Almighty Push didn’t rip the ground apart so much as it pushed with so much force that the ground was like a rug getting shoved across the ground. It gathered up and was then flattened down, leaving a trench in its wake. Anakin’s attack met it, and just like with Obi-Wan's, it lost.
It lasted longer, for about a second longer, as the gust of air from the two forces meeting one another made my outfit flutter and whip about with the ground cratering from the two attacks meeting. Then Anakin's eyes widened when his attack was split apart and mine rushed towards him.
Anakin didn’t have time to use another attack despite Haki making it loud and clear he wasn’t giving up. Even when it was already over for him. The buildings and the structures I had created groaned and cracked as the roar of the Almighty Push seared the air itself. Everything was pushed out of its path.
Obi-Wan sensed the silk strands and cut them with no hesitation. Anakin, on the other hand…
“You gotta be kidding me!” He snarled, breaking through them with brute force. But even then it was too late. The wave impacted him as it did Obi-Wan, but unlike Kenobi, Anakin’s armor withstood the strike and didn’t crack or break despite the stress it was forced to endure. The Old Republic Jedi armor was no joke, it would seem.
Anakin, on the other hand… His face looked like it was smooshed into a window as his head was pushed to the side, and he glared at me. I found myself thankful for the photographic memory of the Sharingan and can say without any doubt I wished I had taken a picture of this.
I might have sold it as a poster even if I liked Anakin, let it never be said I didn’t mind trolling someone every now and again. I didn’t like that I had to fight Anakin, but with what was at stake he could thank me later when I saved him from becoming a cripple inside of a gimp suit and help him save his marriage.
His body was pushed back, yet despite the intensity of the Almighty Push cranked up several notches as it plowed through buildings, my earthen structures, the ground, and any droid or clone caught in its path, Anakin remained standing and conscious. He was in pain, yet he was refusing to go down. By the time the Push ended, it had carved a half mile through the city with Anakin’s clothes torn and sheared off with only the armor looking mostly intact.
Some damage had finally occurred to it in the form of minor cracks. Anakin stood tall despite heaving lungfuls of air as he stared back at me defiantly. Whatever he was about to say, if anything at all, died when I applauded him. “Bravo! Bravo, good sir! Half expected you to fold the moment you were caught in my attack.”
He looked like he bit into a lemon as whatever good feelings he had were replaced with disdain for me. I pointed at Skywalker while looking at Obi-Wan, who by this point didn’t know what to make of me. “He’s going places. None of them are good, but places all the same. Now that you both realize how out of your depth you both are and your forces are currently being ravaged, how about you surrender and show some concern and mercy for your men… unless you prefer this to whatever treachery they might be up to.”
For a moment the blasters, explosions, and constant fighting around us was the only thing to fill the silence. “Not a chance.” Anakin said with complete certainty he would sooner cut his own limbs off than surrender. “Despite whatever happened on that ship, Obi-Wan and I trust our men. I have faith in them and Snips to see this done and you defeated.”
He gestured towards the city, then the LAAT gunships or what was left of them, and then me. “Alright…” I said, clicking my tongue, sensing the defiance in Anakin and horrified by the fact a good chunk of his men are going to die because of this. “Hard way it is, then,"
Obi-Wan tried to intervene, but I could feel through Haki that unlike Anakin, his emotions suggested that he was seriously thinking about surrendering, but Anakin’s act gave him pause to that idea… or what was more likely, he stopped Obi-Wan from doing it in time now that the chance had slipped his grasp. Not that I fully trusted Obi-Wan, considering I do remember that early part of The Clone Wars series that came out where he committed a false surrender.
Obi-Wan attempted to stop us, but we both had moved far enough from him that he couldn’t do much by this point with how injured and worn out he was.
I appeared in front of Anakin in a burst of speed, going through an array of strikes and lightsaber forms, completely making it all up, yet with my skills as a swordsman, I made it viable. The sole purpose was to become unpredictable enough that if I don’t know what I am doing, then how would Anakin?
He grunted and gritted his teeth, struggling against the constant shift from methodical simple strikes, defensive blocks, and counters to highly mobile attacks that seemingly came from all sides. “Stupid. So very stupid… I wonder how many of your men you have killed in the past with such brash decisions.” I wasn’t saying this to insult him and get under his skin, it was my own genuine anger at him getting his men killed when they obviously can’t win and he and Obi-Wan are outmatched against me.
I could feel it across my section of the city, what was left of the clones, both on foot and on speeder bikes, was too few and easily outmatched, some of them being taken prisoner as we fought.
“Shut. Up.” He said, eyes narrowing into slits, before he found an opening and took it, realizing he couldn’t beat me otherwise. His blade snapped out in hopes of taking my arm, only to have the blow diverted and knocked off course with his blade now out of position. I leaped and spun, hitting the side of his head with a vicious spin kick.
He fell to the ground, rolling and blocking several strikes with no amount of effort put into them while Anakin fought for his life as if each one could end him. “I don’t want to hurt you or kill anymore of your men.” I said sternly, now having had enough of this.
“Then surrender.” Anakin got back up, lashing out now with little skill compared to what he had before. He stumbled for a moment before finding his balance while I simply watched him like a disappointed parent would their child.
“… How prideful do you have to be to willingly and knowingly get your own men killed when you are for once in your life losing a battle?” I said, finally accepting the reality of one of the factors that is causing him to act like this.
This was not what I had hoped for. Maybe it was foolish to think Anakin would see reason after my initial encounter with Ahsoka, but come the fuck on, man! Your troops are dying, and your refusing to surrender when you’re losing is just ridiculous.
Anakin's face may as well have been etched out of stone into an eternal visage of anger, as he didn’t say words, just fought harder. His speed and power picked up again, but he didn’t have the finesse he had before with his preferred form. He slammed and battered away at my defense as I slid back and hovered off the ground like I was on roller skates.
“It’s not pride, it’s about making sure I repay you for what you did to my Padawan and bringing you to face a Republic trial… but now I am beginning to think you're too dangerous to leave alive.”
Before Obi-Wan could intervene as he rushed towards us, it was too late. Anakin locked his blade against mine, and then with his lightsaber crackling against mine, Haki screamed at me as I leaned out of the way of a point-blank Force Push that caved in a side of a nearby building.
Anakin’s eyes widened when he realized his attack missed. Before he could do anything further my leg snapped out into a kick against his leg bringing him down to a knee with the blades getting dangerously close to his neck with them pulled away and to the side.
His eyes widened before narrowing as he punched my ribs, only to go slackjawed when he couldn’t pull his fist back, courtesy of my sticky based Ability. Yanking as hard as he could, he couldn’t pull free before a knee slammed into his head.
He was dazed before shaking his head and flaring up at me only to get another knee to the face that made blood drip from his nose and mouth. “That’s for killing your men.”
Another strike, this time a kick to his gut, driving the air from his lungs. “That’s for putting all these deaths on me when it's your own damn fault.” My anger at the situation and Anakin wasn’t fake, my skills in acting further made it easier to display my anger through my body language even with the cloak hiding any part of my body.
My next strike was stopped by Anakin’s leg in an impressive display of flexibility to bend it like that when he was close to the ground. His arm remained attached to me as he tried to free his lightsaber, but I wasn’t having any more of this.
“Lights out, Anakin.” He gave me a questioning look as if he had no idea how I would beat him despite the fact I had been mopping the floor with him the entirety of this fight. Letting his hand go, he stumbled back from the force of him trying to free it before his lightsaber snapped up to block my strike, but the Force may have tried to warn him, but he was not in the right state of mind to listen to it.
His blade knocked to the side before I followed up with a flourish. He didn’t even get a chance to scream in pain when his cybernetic hand was severed with it followed by a kick with enough force this time to knock him out.
He was hit so hard that he slammed into a building's outer wall and broke through it into the inside of it, tumbling down to the ground in a heap, now finally down for the count. I turned towards Obi-Wan, who warily watched me with a lightsaber held at the ready.
“So… Do you wanna join him and I hold you both at blade point, forcing a surrender, or are you going to surrender and have all of your men stand down willingly?”
The choice was a rather obvious one, and thankfully Obi-Wan proved why he was a Jedi Master and not Anakin.
