Marie Rose is still 'employed' with Swelterly's Sweets. She's no longer in the Glaze Extraction department. Moved on to advertisements.
Not an animation, just a couple ad pics for Swelterly's Sweets. The left pic is without Ambient Occlusion shadows and the right pic is with. I could still squeak out a loop with her, if the interest is high. Nothing fancy. Kinda like the last couple of I've done.
Protect and Service - Fallout - Lucy MacLean is the only thing else being worked on. Got a little lost for various segments, but it's on track again. Hoping for a release around the end of the month; maybe the weekend before my birthday, but I have an idea for an extra animation for it, so maybe not. We'll see. Also depends on part of the poll below.
There is a poll at the bottom of this. Anyone can vote, but votes are weighted by tiers (higher tier votes count for more) and you can vote on more than one thing, since it's a double.
The options are:
-Do you want me to animate this Marie Rose setting or move on? It'll be a small loop, nothing major. A quick and dirty kind. It also won't be finished for Easter, since the poll literally runs til next weekend, which is past the holiday, but still. Top 2 poll options.
-And since I was thinking of no longer using Gwen Tennyson from Ben 10, Marie Rose is the #1 replacement character in my head, but maybe you all would rather I stick with Gwen. So the second part is Marie or Gwen moving forward. Gwen has been my kind of unofficial go-to girl for a long time now, so maybe it's time to change that. Bottom 2 poll options.

Hi Zjera. I've newly signed up. Just want to say, I really enjoy the videos that you make, as well as the weekly updates that give insight into your creative process.
I meant to add, I far prefer Marie Rose for the odd little project. She's cute, fun to watch, and I prefer the more realistic model. Gwen is cute too, though.

I also prefer the more realistic models, which is one of several reasons I'm debating on the change. It is fun though to use a more cartoonish one on occasion though.
I much prefer Gwen! Please, continue to use her. I am not a fan of Marie Rose at all. In fact, I would like to see another character. However, I'm not sure what capacity you're asking for and what this character is used for. Regardless, please consider Jill or Claire. I have such a love for the Biohazard series. As for the pictures, I think Ambient Occlusion Shadows looks better.
Gwen was used as a filler character mostly for Holidays, since characters like Mass Effect would feel a bit off for say, Halloween. As far as Jill or Claire, both are nice characters, but they're a little too niche (horror stuff) I think to carry over to much else.
I do like Gwen though and the models I use for her have been favorites for a long time. I'm not stopping her fully; she'll only be used when a project is meant for her, rather than her being a 'go to' girl.
