GENERAL ROADMAP (as of 2/22/2026)

Hi! I put this off for a while since I like surprising people, but I feel like this is necessary for building trust and ensuring folks that I do plan my games out
Things that are unlikely to be added/out of scope but something that I'd love to have will be tagged with (WISHLIST)
LOTTY'S ADVENTURE (Large scope)
- There will be 3 main biomes, with the forest and swamp being present as of 0.441b
- Some sub-biomes like dungeons are planned, but unsure of whether or not it will be more than one
- There are 18 unique animated H-scenes in the game, not counting edits like Jingles alts, inferior alts, and the Sloppy alt. I have plans to reach 30 by 1.0
- 17 CG scenes, some with several extra images in the set or alts for inferior mode. Aiming to add 30 of these too
- The amount of different enemies and bosses depends on what the game demands, but I'm hoping to add around 5 more bosses
- I only plan on adding one more NPC. Not all NPCs will receive both an animated H-scene and a CG
- There will be more in-depth story parts that are a secret for now. The theme of this game is important to me and will be unraveled as time goes on
- One ending, unless I have an epiphany next year and decide to add more
- Make NPCs do more immersive sim things. Nothing incredibly complicated, but think Dark Souls questlines but easier to follow. I'd like to fill up the schedule with lots of fun little events, porn or not
- (WISHLIST) Challenge variants for all boss fights. Realistically though, I'll add variants for maybe 1/4 of the boss fights
ROGUE PRINCESS (Medium scope)
- I will finish anything that explicitly states it isn't finished, mainly the stat related stuff with Gale and Athena
- Plenty of little events. I want runs to be mostly consistent, but things like stats causing Athena to do certain things or specific enemies spawning will keep things fun
- At least 3 tiers of dungeons will be available in 1.0. Each dungeon will have roughly 10 levels each, with about 4 fracture rooms (challenge levels) each
- I have plans for some stuff outside of the dungeon, sort of like Noita!
- At least 3 enemies per dungeon tier, some will have gangbang scenes with Athena. Some random event enemies will also be added
- 9-12 hotel scenes. Most hotel scenes are sort of just fluff so it depends on how inspired I'm feeling
- No plans for bosses since it wouldn't be super fun in this engine to me, but that may change
- Stat changes will affect a lot of things (primarily dialogue and Athena's AI), but not the overall story. there will only be one ending
- (WISHLIST) A level editor
STARLIGHT DISTRICT (Small scope)
- This one's still in the oven for now, but the overall goal with it is to make enough for it to be enjoyed on its own for about 1-2 hours before trying mods
- Will have an arcade and peaceful mode for different types of playstyles. Arcade mode involves making enough currency each day, and peaceful mode is sort of like kicking back and watching a simulation
- Open source, since the game will be built to be simple and modular
- (WISHLIST) Making a mod loader so it's easier for casual players to enjoy several mods by different creators. I'm crossing my fingers that someone smarter knows how to set one up though
I'm moving over the next few days, so I wanted to put this out to stoke the flames a bit while I'm busy. Expect a bit of a delay, as I don't know how long it'll take to finish everything up!
