Saturday Update November 7, 2020

Another week seems to have flown by. It was a busy week outside of my project.
But I have been putting things together for the introduction. Still using more of Photoshop than the 3D software, but I am happy with the way things are looking right now.
I have to admit that the second you start the game it will seem a little strange and confusing, but it will all make sense by the end of the introduction.
There is some intro music with this, and I believe it will help set the mood for the game, and I think it is important, so I will be taking away the ability to turn off the music. But the music is fairly short, and for the most part the game won’t have music. Sorry for the people who like music in their games, but I find having music constantly playing quite annoying, so I keep turning it off on games and Visual Novels.
I figure if a person wants music, they can just listen to music. Pick out something you like, not something I like.
Another issue with music is that if I wanted music all through the game, it would have to be something theatrical. Good music really blends into scenes in a movie to the point that you kind of forget that music is even playing. It has to be subtle, fit the scene, and not be too overbearing.
Anyway, I am hoping to make a little more progress this coming week.
But one more thing. I don’t know if or when it will happen, but another idea popped into my head for “Gamer Girl” Cindy. I may end up creating another short scene with her. If I find myself getting frustrated on my current build, I may end up taking a short break and seeing how quickly I could make a second short story line for The Game. I am not at that point yet, but will keep it in mind.
