Saturday update September 19, 2020

As I stated before, with my medical and legal issues I needed to pull back to focus on those problems, and to make sure I wasn’t letting my stress levels get too high.

I am still taking care of “my woman”, and that also means I am doing both of our chores. That cuts into my time, and I am on call, stopping anything I am doing to help her. But this coming week she should get the doctors approval to increase her mobility.

The legal issue really stressed me out, but my lawyer sounds very positive, and things have been quiet on that front. So, I am kind of in limbo, but the stress from it has improved.

I am getting back on track with everything, but slowly. I do not want to burn out on this.

I am also once again working on that one character that was giving me issues. I started from scratch, and I believe got closer than I have before. But I still think she is off. I hope I am closing in on what the problem is, but she just doesn’t look like the character. It isn’t that she needs to look exactly like her. Caricatures are quite off, and yet you glance at them and know exactly who they are. Her face shape, and hair are probably her most defining characteristics. I have an issue with finding matching hair, but that shouldn’t make it as much off as it seems. I keep adjusting, and it always looks like someone else.

I have decided to take 4 images of her looking in multiple directions, and check out all of them before changing one aspect, and seeing if that helps.

I would like to reveal everything in a week, but that might be pushing it, so give me 2 weeks. Done or not I will reveal what this project is. Hopefully with a picture of my first female character.
