Weekly WIP #79 & Mini-Release
- EZ-PZ Commercial/Loops - Subverse: Demi - Release
- Black Menagerie - Cyberpunk 2077: Panam Palmer
- Misc.
- Earlier this week I posted about the BM - Panam project breaking. Sad to say it's still broken. I'm debating on either salvaging what I can, releasing that and moving on or restarting the entire thing. The former option seems best, even though I hate 'as is' releases.
- Since things went south on Panam I've spent time testing visual/audio effects in Sony Vegas Pro like 'glitches' and a robotic style voice, which I think turned out pretty well for Demi. As such, I created a little commercial for EZ-PZ Lubricants, which ironically was the first concept for those I had. Heat turned out more fun to use in things though, already having its own commercial awhile back with Mass Effect Kasumi Goto but the EZ-PZ bottles have been a constant as well. So below are 3 loops. One is the commercial itself and the other two are non-music (shocking I know) sound only loops; regular and closeup.
- I also took some time to poke at other ideas to see which might work for projects and cleaned out some old ones that will never go anywhere. Edited some textures for several models. Looked around for some more music files. Made this week a more 'generalized' week. If I'd kept fighting Panam, well, I might have thrown away a lot more things out of anger. Instead, I made a commercial.
Hope you enjoy them.

Did you just animate a robot getting fucked by a machine? As in a machine fucking a machine. I can watch it in real life; by putting my blender in my oven. Pornografy works because you can empathize with the actors or characters. It's really hard to empathize with a machine or a computer program; like a robot or an AI hologram. This is why necrophilia doesn't excite most people, the corpse is not a person, so it’s just someone masterbating with organic waste.
It's all fantasy. Try to not take it so seriously. Not everyone is gonna like the combinations of themes/concepts. Not being able to empathize with a character might be a thing for you, so I assume you can't stand things with Edi (Mass Effect) or Cortana (Halo) and that's fine. To each their own. I dislike things with certain characters or styles as well; like the necrophilia you commented about, but not because I can't empathize. In the end I made a nicely shaped female in a sexual situation. My bad?
I'm sorry I compared screwing a robot to necrophilia. But the reason you empathize with Cortana, Edi and Demi. I because: You know them. I haven't played Subverse, despite having the game and having supported Animopron for many years. I haven't played Resident Evil either. But I enjoy their female characters, because they're warm blooded, human characters.
Not going to hold a debate in my comment section. You dislike the free loop video. Spiffy. Moving on.
I like the commercial concept. The world building is fun because I enjoy a story or plot told over time. I like that you build upon things. It's a reward for viewers who stick around and see the progression of your ideas. I'm aware of the Subverse characters, though, I haven't played the games myself. I like the character choice and I enjoy hearing the robotic voice sounds. I'm all for machine on machine action!
