Hi guys, sorry for the long silence and lack of updates. I've been pretty overwhelmed and haven't been doing well. I don't want to yap too much about personal stuff, but for the sake of a little transparency I'll just say I've been dealing with some medical issues with a close family member and it's been going downhill recently. Just haven't had the willpower to deal with much outside of that, and I feel pretty shitty about falling so far behind on videos. I'm not stopping or anything, I just needed to prioritize family stuff. I'm sorry I wasn't communicative about that, I don't have any excuses for that.

In good news it looks like I've finally got a promising opportunity for a steady job again. It's not as good as the job I lost, but I'll take it over freelancing. It's not guaranteed but I'm feeling hopeful about it.

Anyway. All that said, I'm still going to make videos, because I enjoy it. Unfortunately I've just been having a very bad year. I'm optimistic that I'll be able to finish a video this month, but I'm going to put my SS page on vacation mode until I can get myself back on track, cause I don't feel good about taking donations when I haven't been producing anything. I probably should've done that earlier, but with everything going on I didn't think about it. I'm sorry about that. It will still be possible for new members to subscribe in case you want access to the archive of bonus videos, but monthly billing will be suspended until I can get my shit together. I'll try to answer any DMs but I may be slow to reply for a while.

UPDATE:

This video definitely took a lot longer than anticipated, largely because I did indeed end up losing my job and I had to put everything aside for a while to try to sort my life out. I still haven't landed a new job yet, and it's been pretty stressful. I'll probably try to take up freelance or part-time work in the meantime. I hope the next video will be done more promptly, but as long as things are this unstable it's hard to predict how long anything will actually take.

Speaking of the next video, I have two commissions to go before I'm finally caught up on my backlog! The remaining videos are another commission featuring Selena (unrelated to the "Selena the Bounty Hunter" series) and a sci-fi themed video featuring a new character (design pending). Selena's video will be next - I hope nobody minds that she's getting two videos back to back, but I complete commissions in order of purchase, so I guess this kind of thing can happen sometimes lol.
