This is a story driven sci-fi adventure novel. The events of which will take place both in present time and the near future. You take on the role of a young man who is living an ordinary life. He works at a retail store and spends most of his nights playing video games to escape his monotonous reality. How to Fix the Future: Chapter 2, Part Two (v0.3.1) is now available for $5 and higher 


After months of development, it's finally here. My biggest update so far. With each new development cycle comes new challenges. Both work-related and personal. And I'm very grateful for your patience, support, and understanding.

Few words about this update and what to expect:

I had to change some of my plans for this update so as not to delay the release even further. I know it's already taken me a long time. So the second part of Chapter 2 will also be split into two parts. I know, I know... Sorry for this wording nightmare)
This update is the most diverse I ever made. Lots of different paths, scenes, and simple dialogue options. It's the main reason why it took me so long to make it. I really hope I'll be able to optimize my workflow on such a complicated scene planning and building after this experience. Or maybe just simplify some things a bit along the way.
An important thing to note. This update, even being my biggest in terms of art, may feel pretty short for a single playthrough. So bear this in mind if you only main one girl and don't usually play all the possible paths. Which I highly recommend. Especially for this update.  But of course, it's up to you. This update also doesn't have any significant main story progression. It's mostly focused on Octavia and your time at the academy. These are the biggest scenes. And it covers a short period of time. I would call this moment in the story transitional or slightly stagnant. But that makes it no less important for the overall picture and experience.
Starting from this update, I'm adding 60 fps animations. Some of the latest animations for this update are in 60 fps. That means more smooth and clear movements. I hope you love this.

Development update #132 + new preview


Hello, everyone. 
This week was very productive. I finally finished replacing almost all the music tracks for the current build. I still have to add music for the new update and sort out some legal issues with some tracks. But the biggest part is finally finished. This was a tough and exhausting task. I really feel relieved. I have replaced 87 tracks! It took me about two months, maybe more. Meaning I had to listen to dozens of tracks from different sources to find just one, good enough to replace each of them. My brain was literally boiling (it's also very hot here ring now). Now I won't be listening to any music for at least a few months, lol. 
As for the other side of things, I finished all art for another extra lewd scene, worked on code for a new function in the statistics screen and did postwork for a big junk of new static renders. I want to finish all renders that require manual work tomorrow. I do this separately from postwork coz I combine them and need to work with a brush on each of them. And then I'll finish all postwork that remains. I still have a few unfinished animations, but editing them won't take long. I also have two main scenes left to pose and render and maybe one extra animation. They aren't too big and shouldn't take long to pose and render. And after that, all the art will be finished. But I still have some work code-wise. I'll do my best to complete as many tasks as possible next week, but it's unlikely that I finish all of them in just one week. 
This month will be the release month, that's for sure. I just need to push it a little more. Right now I'd say it's 85% done. One-two weeks and we start beta-testing. That's when I'll announce release dates. I don't expect any serious issues during beta-testing, but there is that one thing I pointed out in my previous dev updates about possible save issues that I couldn't fix. I'll talk more about this in the release post later.
If you are curious about the numbers, we are currently somewhere near 830 renders & 45 animations. That's a rough numbers and they can change both ways on a release coz some animations will be combined during editing, statics may be added\removed etc.
I'll wrap it up here, just want to say that I'm working hard as always. And thank you for being so patient and supportive. I had like 40 hours of power this week and it also affects my productivity even with extra power supplies I have. But we are getting there!

Development update #128


All right, another monthly public dev update.
I know how many of you can't wait to go clubbing with these girls, but you'll have to wait a little bit more. In my previous updates, I let my patrons know that development takes longer than I hoped. Due to lots of factors. But mostly coz of fkn terrorists and adding more content to this update. I decided to add two more small lewd scenes, a couple of branch scenes, plus I haven't even finished working on planned art for the main story scenes. I'm trying to diversify the content, pay attention to each character and make this event fun and interesting for everyone.
Code-wise, I've done the most of it already. I have some gaps here and there, some scenes without dialogues even. But I'll catch up on these while my PC is rendering. I bought a powerful UPS with extra battery plus a power generator to be able to work nonstop. Although it really makes the development much more expensive. So as always, thank you. I appreciate your support and understanding. 
Music-wise, I picked a few pretty good tracks for this update and to replace some of the older tracks, but still haven't finished. Licensing may also take some time so I'll try to finish this asap. Luckily I can do this from my laptop.
As for the numbers, it's getting hard to count. There are a lot of renders that I combine in post. But we're somewhere near 711 static renders and 40 animations
My main goal is to finish all art first, then the remaining dialogues and code. I won't give any estimations or dates. Let's just hope I'll finish everything this month. As soon as I have solid confidence that it's ready, I'll let you know. Probably when we start beta-testing and proofreading. This update getting bigger and bigger each day, I already had a few brief playthroughs of finished scenes and I'm happy with how it looks and plays. I really hope you will love it when it's released.
Also, since it's Pride Month, I couldn't miss the opportunity to celebrate it with a quick Daisy render. So here you go:
