Shard of My Soul chapter 9 release
Everyone can download chapter 9 (version 1.8) here:
If you are a Subscribestar supporter, please use this password to unlock the bonus scene with Kat and Gilroy (the password unlocks all bonus content from previous chapters).
There are small improvements over the early access version, mainly in animations - now you shouldn't be distracted by missing image parts at the edges of moving / shaking animations anymore.

Shard of My Soul chapter 9
Chapter 9 (version 1.8) is ready! Friendly+ supporters can download it here. The public release will happen as planned on June 22.
- Help Kat through her life during 4 game days (day 30 - day 33, Wednesday - Saturday),
- 4 new replayable erotic scenes,
- 3 new achievements,
- improvements in several erotic scenes (most notably in Rick 1, Rick 3 and Theresa 1),
- plenty of small fixes (missing image, dialog errors, transitions),
- better compression of some image and audio files.
I hope you'll enjoy the newest chapter, and please report any bugs on my Discord.
PS: Subscribestar supporters can unlock an extra scene featuring Kat and Gilroy using this code. Btw, the code will unlock all bonus content (scene with Lexie in chapter 7 and extended scene with Kat and Theresa in chapter 8).
PPS: Don't be alarmed that the size of this version is similar to the last version. I have cut and recompressed some audio files (but I still keep music in high quality), I have reexported some art to different layers to remove unnecessary duplicates, I have converted all remaining PNG files to lossless WEBP, and I have converted some JPG and lossless WEBP to lossy WEBP (but all character and erotic art remain in lossless quality).

Dev notes - May 2024
I'm working on chapter 9 fairly steadily. The release will most likely happen in the second half of June. The chapter will span over four game days as usual, and it won't be easy for Kat to get through it.
The Patreon character poll that ended a while ago provided me with very helpful feedback:
The results are pretty clear: Adam and Danny are getting a boot... Just kidding, they will still be a part of the game, but their relationship with Kat will progress slower to make space for others.
