-Information, references, thorough details may be provided prior to beginning any work. However, NO REVISIONS OR CHANGES will be offered once work begins and concludes. Your sketch will be provided in the best approximation of how I interpret your instructions. (note: a preliminary layout doodle will be made the confirm the angle/poses you want to see will be correct, in case you are a facial expressions guy, a butt guy, etc)

-Please note this is a sketch. The results will be... sketchy. Overly complex character designs may be simplified.

-I reserve the right to decline and refund any request that I find impossible to complete and or content that violates my personal ethics. (I will mention any issues to you prior to making this call, I am simply stating that this is the plan should things become irreconcilable.)

-Tier will be deleted/resubmitted each time to give others an opportunity to take advantage of the offer. (As in no one person can sit on it and get sketch after sketch)

I should mention the random number generator did a good job - the people picked were someone who has been here since the month we started and someone who just signed up last month... so it's not like it was skewed one way or the other. : )

LET'S DO ANOTHER SKETCH RAFFLE!
I've had a real boost in the number of people subscribing this month (and not too many people leaving, so I must be doing something right! haha) and I am strong believer in a rising tide lifting all boats, and my success should be your success as well, SO I am going to pick TWO WINNERS this month! Yup, two people from the Sergeant Grade (that's you, if you subscribed at the $7 tier!) will be picked for a sketch.
With that said, I'll get my list of subscribers and run the random number generator and if you won, I'll notify you THIS Friday evening! : D In the event you only check Subscribestar sometimes... please do make a point just check in around the weekend to see if you won! : )

* Winner must be an ACTIVE subscriber at the time the raffle takes place! : ) If you win and don't plan to continue subscribing, that is perfectly fine - the sketch will still be delivered to your Subscribestar messages which you will have access to no matter what (but you can provide an e-mail or dA/Twitter/Pixiv/ contact for it to be delivered to, in the event something goes wrong, you never know.)
* The content of the sketch can be ANYTHING you want so long as it abides by the guidelines for free sketches (B&W Waist-up Sketch of a Character of Your Choosing (An OC, an established character from a popular series, whatever you wish!) in a Pose/Condition Determined by YOU)
* The finished sketch and the name of the winner will be posted publicly for everyone to see (* the winner's username does not need to be mentioned, but the winner will have to specifically request this.)
* Winners will be removed from the next three instances/rounds of the raffle in order to give others a chance to win.
Small details:
Please note that this is not a reward for your subscription, but an offer made to make a standard subscription more fun. If need be, it may be delayed to complete work for or related to the Subscribestar effort.
