Progress Report
Four main tasks remain before release:
1. Polishing the writing of a few of the scenes. Specifically scenes 6 and 7. As I've developed my skills over the last few months, the original script of scene 6 and 7 do not have the same level of interactivity and choices as the previous scenes now do. I need to bring them up to the same standard.
2. Finish implementing the dynamic decision tracker. I had a tracker that used if conditionals previously, because after I began implementing non-linear conversation loops, it got janky trying to list things out of order. I know how a non-linear decision tracker, but I need to finish implement it into each scene. Scenes 1, 5, and 6 are done.
3. Implement the clothing art and facial expression art assets. I'm waiting on the artist for this one, but the feature itself is already coded into the game.
4. Find a few more backgrounds to implement at key points. This game is primarily interactive fiction until I can afford a background artist, but I still want it to reflect location and decisions.
