Personal: The PBFPC Files - Leticia

Once part of Team Lightspeed, the local chapter was cleared out after the PBFPC moved into town at Miss Marshall's request.  Finding the lackeys to be mostly harmless, she put them to work at the current location, Leticia and her partner Sybil being charged with handling an especially strong-willed dubwool.  Though handling is... perhaps charitable.  It's perhaps a bit closer to "facilitating" and Leticia often finds herself Pokematerial as often as she does receiving said material.  The result is someone who is quite acquainted with every aspect of pleasing and producing Pokemon... to the point of having an existential crisis when "her" Pokemon leaves a random egg on her bed.

Why is this here?  Did her pokemon lay this?  Did she... catalyze this one?  Did she lay this one?  She'd remember that, right?  This can't be one of hers.  Is it Sybil's?  Why is this here?!?!

It's tough being a lower ranking member of the Center sometimes, especially when you have to deal with Sophie.
