Haven't written a report in a while, but haven't had anything to report on, until now. As you know, I do all my animations on a Windus 7 32 bit. office pc that I bought in 2014-16
But, until now! Thanks to all of your support and saving money on cheap noodles and sausages. I am now the happy owner of a Razen 7 5800x + RTX 4060 Ti 16gb + 32 RAM on Windus 10 64 bit... I researched a lot of information about pc parts and built this PC completely by myself, to get the best results for your money for future animations.
And let me tell you, after almost 10 years of working on my office potato and suddenly go on the top of DDR4 support PC... It's like a lightning strike. I'm shocked how much crap I can feed to that beast and he chews it up like it's nothing. For example, rederring 1 minute aniamtion, used to take about 4-8 hours, now finished in 5-10 minutes.
And not mention the AI stuff. This beast takes any AI stuff I locally install to check, test or train. And it processes them faster than any online colabas... Unbelievabl.
And like universal intervention itself, when I put this new pc beast together. The animation software Moho I'm using, released a new version 14 in which they updated the main graphics engine, that made everything 1000% more stable and smooth.
I used to work on Moho 12, the last version that supports 32-bit. And I chose it because, compared to other vector animation software, it was torture shit, but, not as bad torture shit as all the other options. But, even in Moho 12 when I was trying to build my pony vector puppet, I ran into a stability problem. Vector puppet already had too much animation for the software to handle, even when it was half finished. So I've been working a lot on workarounds to make things smarter and more stable... And now.. when Moho 14 released with a new graphics engine who can handle 1000% more... on my new PC beast... It's like going from a bicycle to a jet plane.... I now have EVERYTHING I need to build my ultimate pony puppet. Along with this knowledge of how to do things smartly and stably, I just have no excuse not to do it.
And, along with these awesome improvements. I also found a new text to speech AI that far surpasses generation of 15 or whatever came before it. And it runs locally on my PC beast.
It's like the universe itself is pushing me forward to the best MLP NSFW animations. All of this will kick my skills much higher. Just wait a while. Something very big is cooking.
Hey everyFans. First, let me apologize for the two months of silence. For the last two months I've been working like crazy on my pony rig. It's a tedious process of... --- Building a rig, test it, It laggy and heavy, has a bunch of bugs and the software constantly crashes. Brainstorm to fix a problems. Again building a rig V2, test it, It laggy and heavy, has a bunch of bugs and the software constantly crashes. But a bit better than before. Again Brainstorm to fix a problems. Again building a rig V3...etc. --- And repeating this process over and over again until I get an acceptable result. I'm proctically going insane because nothing works all the time. So I had nothing to report, at least until now.
My pony rig is still a piece of trash which is constantly crash the software. But at least, it's good enough for me to try to make my first serious big animation. Which will be Fluttershy + Twilight one. But this animation was planned to be made more than a year ago, when my skills had serious limitations. So I decided to rethink some plans.
1) F+T was planned to be a 3 minute animation. Now it will be a 5-6 minute animation. But 60 fps will be reduced to 30 fps to reduce the number of frames for rendering. Or will it take weeks to render.
2) F+T was planned to be voiced by 15.ai (which is already done) Now that 15.ai has retired and seriously outdated in quality versus other ai voices. F+T will be voiced by newest So-vits-svc and TalkNet together In order to create the best result for our mares to moan. Both So-vits-svc and TalkNet are now installed on my PC, and I can use them as much as I needed. Honestly, it was no easy task to make them work. BUT now I have so much POWER!...
3) F+T was planned have just one view scene. Now it will be a three unique animated scenes. And since the characters will switch positions, there will be a total of 6 unique animated scenes. And as proof. Here's a sneak peek at what those scenes would look like with my new quality pony rig.
At the moment, the project as a whole is 40% ready. So I hope that I can publish the first half WIP at least this month. Maybe, I hope so.
Also, some of you know that my artistic style is inspired by an artist name "illuminatiums" You can do a search on "artist:illuminatiums" on any boorus to see his masterpieces. So, since I've been redoing the F+P scene over and over in the past year, updating my pony rig. We can visually see how my style has evolved to match illuminatiums quality.
1.5 years ago. Half a year ago.Today.
I'm not sure, but I think I'm getting very very close. So... Now I'm going to back to work hard for a month or more to finish F+T. This animation should be my best creation and should beat Canary. So it's not going to be easy.
Hi folks, another month another report. Sorry there were no new animations this month, but they will definitely be in the next one. This month I've been working hard on my pony model and has achieved good progress in it. So far, I'm only making head, but it's 90% done. And here are some quick trash animations which I quickly made.
Spiiiiin!
Here is also a video of me playing with my vector doll, showing its capabilities and a small 2-minute work process. MLP Head rig V5
Still need to do. Add horn for unicorns. Teach the head to look up and down. Add more lip emotion, happy, big happy, horny, etc. (So far, there none.) And other small fixes I'll find. The mane and eyes are done manually for each character.
This month I'm also working on 3 different animation commissions. 1. Unique animation with Gilda. 2. Another YCH with griffin + pony. 3. Big animated artwork.
They most likely be ready in March. And they will have new shadows and new physics that I learned.
Thank you for your support. My power is growing. Fan!
It's turns, It's talks, It's took 1.5 months of work. Report for January 2023.
Hey folks. I apologize for didn't publish anything for the last 1.5 months. But I didn't do nothing. After about 1.5 months of beating my head against the wall. I finally finished lips and head turns logistics for my 2D canonical vector pony rig model.
Yeah, it took me 1.5 months of continuous work for 4-6 hours a day with all my animator experience to do only that. GOD F@&#KING DAMN IT! I had to solve SO F@&#KING LOTS of logic problems to make it work. I want to do pony NSFW and memes, not space engineering, jeez...
Anyway, it's done now. Now my ponies will be able to turn and talk and all I need to do is to turn these bones (sharp arrow things) And all the animation will do itself. Very simple and fast. I'm going to have a lot of fun with this. Let's see what I've achieved.
(Note, the model does not yet have eyes, ears, and hair. It's purely lip animation system. I'll add everything else later.) P.S. Yeah, I added shitty tutorial music, for fun. =)
The most important thing is, that this model extreme resources freely. Very simple to add new parts like emotions and mouth types. And thanks to the smart meshes system, I don't have to animate new parts when they're added to make them turn. Everything will be done automatically. I had to waste a LOT of time to achieve that.
And thanks to the fact that I got official flash pony puppets on which the original show was made. All my things have a 99% canonical look Except for the fact that my stuff has infinite fps possibility.
Well... I need to add eyes, which are almost finished, ears and hair would be easy, and the head puppet will be 100% ready. After that, I can start make an animation for Fluttershy+Twilight.
That most likely take another 1.5 months of headbanging. And I can do it only thanks to your support. Thank you so much.
When the puppet will be 100% ready, both head and body.... Oh, it's going to be a lots of lots of fun.
