Team Rocket's project TANGO. The ultimate breeding machine to help them work with more unmanageable pokemon.

Rocket Corp has been slowly introducing alternative shiny and spliced type pokemon to high end customers in Alto Mare (my pet pokemon world au). It's all thanks to this weird bio-contraption that they finally have been getting successful results and eggs that actually hatch!

However the grunts and scientists at Rocket Corp need to be careful. If they don't keep vigorous checks on this monstrosity, TANGO will gladly take human partners no matter how much they struggle. So it's best to keep TANGO on a routine breeding schedule with other pokemon.
