My first, and current game in production, is Earth's Last Guardian.
The plot:
The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic Earth that has been ravaged by a viral outbreak, this outbreak reduced the world’s population by 96 %.
Our protagonist is an average guy living a mundane life with his sister, go to work eat and, sleep, rinse and repeat day after day.
This all changes the day a strange letter appears in his bedroom informing him of his uncle’s death, and that he must now take up his family’s mantle and join an eternal war.
The game is mostly a sandbox, you chose what you want to do and who you want to build relations with.
I understand some of you may not wish to join the discord and I will try to accommodate these people, however as the game grows it will inevitably spread beyond this forum, once that happens it will be easier to maintain a record of bug fixes in a singular place (the discord).
Post any bugs you find in the discords bug channel.
Post any typos you find in the discord’s typo channel.
This project is being made mostly as a hobby, I am not a coder nor am I a writer, take that as you will and base your expectations on this being a hobby project.
Questions of this is good but can you add x, y or, z will mostly be ignored I have a direction in mind and a fixed view on what I want this game to be. If the game comes to a state where I am happy to maybe add things outside of this scope, then I may be open to suggestions when the time comes.
One keynote is that this game will always be free.
The Subscribestar is now up, any funds generated will be used to improve the game with custom art and audio. This does not mean however that if no funds are generated that development will stop, my intent is that the game will get finished regardless, the only difference will be an increase in quality of the final product.

A quick update (3rd Dec 2024)
I am still bug testing. I have also been going through every scene in the game and trying to make sure that the grammar is correct, fixing spelling mistakes and ensuring what the text says matches the image being displayed. This is taking longer than I had planned, but there is currently 170k+ words of text in the game. I have completed around 70 % of the content in my current play through, once this is complete I will do a couple of faster (text skipping runs) to check for anything I may have missed.
Apologies for the long testing phase, the plan going ahead is to reduce the scope of each update which should reduce the bug testing required.

A quick update (28th Oct 2024)
Some minor content has been pushed back to the next update, I am now starting bug testing and bug fixing along with making sure all new content works as intended. I hope to get this finished this week but may take longer depending how much of a mess I made with the code.

Progress update (17-08-2024)
I have completed the intimacy screens for Chloe, Eilana, Nicole(sister) and, Zlata, this includes hover over text boxes detailing any stats gained form the acts or information on what to do if an action is locked (i,e complete events or acts not available in current location). Chloe has several lewd options such as vaginal sex that she won’t do in a location (town shop for example) but will allow you to take her somewhere else to perform the act. While Nicole has acts that cannot be performed in certain locations (town shop as an example) but she is unwilling to move to another location. For now, there is no way for Nicole`s behaviour in this regard to be changed but there may be in future releases. Eilana and Zlata currently have no need of either of these options so if an event is locked it is down to event progress or love value only.
I have converted the upgrade shop into a screen and, as requested, have added to features: the first, there is no longer any failure or critical success chance, each upgrade is guaranteed to succeed with a single upgrade per purchase. Which leads to the second, the upgrade shop has 4 buttons per relic, excluding rebirth, a single upgrade, tow upgrades five upgrades and as requested upgrade to max level. The upgrade to max level takes the total cost required to upgrade to 100 from the current level, as an example to upgrade the weapon form level 30 to 100 costs 120,550 crystals. The keen eyed among you may have noticed that I have also significantly reduced the cost of upgrades, this would have previously been in the 250,000 range.
I have also increased the cap for plaza rep, this is linked to the event progress of plaza residents, so the base is still 100 but increases by 10 per event complete for plaza residents. With this in mind I have created pseudo-events for residents who do not have theirs written yet to ensure the true cap can be reached (300). Along with this the cost to increase quest cap for the residents has been reduced 15, 30, 45 etc... I have also increased the rep gained from quests to start at 2 per quest, removed the lower quests not giving rep above a fixed value (now all quests give rep) and added a multiplier (not yet increasable).
There is still a considerable amount to be done for 0.2.0 but a good start has been made this month.
