Bit of trivia: There are three different ages that we see Tifa at in flashbacks. One where she's 7 and tries to go to Mt Nibel, one where she's 12 and makes her promise with Cloud on the water tower, and she's 15 during the Nibelheim Incident. She's got her busty cowgirl boobs at 15, but is completely flat at 12. She grew those in just three years.
Explanation? Probably magic.

Fun fact: Keira was my first video game crush. And it's one of the three reasons I hate the Jak sequels. Not only did they abandon the fun gameplay of the original in favor of being a GTA clone, but they turned Jak into a cringe edgelord asshole AND left Keira all alone.
Best thing to come out of the sequels was Tess.
