v0.3 Development Begins & New Character Reveal! 💰


Hey everyone,
Version 0.2 is officially out in the wild, but I am not taking any breaks! I know I’ve fallen a bit behind my original schedule recently, so I am jumping straight into the development of v0.3 to catch up and bring you more content as quickly as possible.

To kick things off, I want to introduce you to the newest addition to the island!

Meet the Goblin Assistant! She is the Witch's trusty (and highly opportunistic) helper. As you progress, you will need a place to buy items and upgrade your house on the island. That's exactly where she comes in! She runs the local shop, and she is up for absolutely anything... as long as there is some coin involved.

Developer Insight: Why a Goblin Shopkeeper? You might be wondering why I didn't just make the Witch the shopkeeper. If the Witch handled all the basic trading, it would severely limit some of the "mischievous" and naughty plans I have in store for her story later on! Adding a money-driven goblin gives me the perfect dynamic to spice up the story and create some really fun situations.

My Vision for the Island's Cast I also want to share a bit about my design philosophy moving forward. I don't plan on adding too many main characters to the game.

  • Quality over Quantity:     Having a smaller, tighter cast allows us to build much deeper, more detailed, and intimate relationships with each of them.


  • The Island Vibe:     I want to preserve that "deserted island" feeling. If there are too many NPCs walking around, it loses that special, isolated charm.


  • Combat Variety:     Don't worry, though! While the main non-combat cast will remain small and focused, I will continuously keep adding new and diverse Monster Girls for the combat encounters!
