THE ITCH.IO SITUATION
Maybe some of you are aware of the situation, maybe not. But lately, a group of activists has pressured payment processors to basically censor the internet. NSFW games especially (but actually projects in general) on Steam and itch.io.

If Steam is big enough to simply delete "problematic" projects and laugh to the face of payment processors and this activist group. Itch doesn't have the same leverage and has delisted tons of NSFW projects (and also some SFW as well). Including my NSFW comics (and some SFW portraits packs I do for TTRPG games, don't ask me why).

I'm not mad at them, they are a small team and probably acting in a rush to avoid losing all their payment processors.


WHAT'S GOING ON ABOUT THAT
It's been a few days that many artists and readers / players who enjoy NSFW stories and games are pressuring back the payment processors (Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Stripe). They look kind of overwhelmed by the situation. Their guidelines are extremely vague and touch many other genres than simply NSFW content (like gore / horror or anything violent to any extent, as well as furry / anthro / monster content).

Needless to say it is a huge problem for many creators, including myself. So for now, my NSFW projects are delisted and I've restricted access while I wait to see how all of this will unfold). I was supposed to be part of two upcoming bundle with many other great artists (one of them was supposed to start today actually). For the safety of everyone involved, these bundles have been delayed until the situation settles and we know what we can do or not.


SUBSCRIBESTAR COLLECTIONS
In the meantime, I've noticed Collections here can have a price tag. If I understood well, it means anyone can pay them to gain access to their content, even if it's for certain paid tiers. So even non-members of an artist can simply pay to get access to the collection they want. They will also gain any update to this collection in the future.

Subscribers already have access to them of course. So it's basically like a little shop where I can put all finished comics for everyone with a price, while still letting subscribers access it at their pledge level. Seems nice to me.


CHANGES IN THE COLLECTIONS HERE
So I have changed the way I handled collections for paid projects, and uploaded the full PDF here (which I should've done before actually, bad me).

Let me know if you're asked to pay to have access to said collections as a paid member (it shouldn't be).


WHAT ABOUT MY CURRENT COMICS?
The Swamp Man is in free access and SFW, so it doesn't change anything. It will release until the end as it should :3

Men of Honour - Chapter 2 continues as well. I want to finish this story. And I hope the situation will get better if the pressure continues on payment processors to not allow these insane censorship mouvments.

Men of Honour Chapter 2:
The lineart is done!
Next step is the colours. I'll have a short vacations by the end of the month, but colours will start right after :D

If everything goes as planned, the full comic should be finished by November, so pages will start to release here before (probably in September?) and the comic might get released later, by the very end of 2025 I think.

In the meantime, you'll still get WIPs of course.
I'll keep you updated :D

Just a quick update to let you know I'm splitting my NSFW & SFW accounts everywhere, and then decided to get another handle for my NSFW.

So that's AceyKal or CaalAce (depending if I can change it on other websites or not).
It doesn't change anything else. I didn't want you to panick in case you notice the change of name. It's still me :D
