Neighbors on the horizon: ally or a rival?

The world around Solmont is far from peaceful — mighty countries, ambitious monarchs and unexpected dangers reside everywhere. Today we're lifting the veil and telling you about two neighboring countries. Who are they? What lives do they lead? Who is a potential friend… or foe? 🔥🤔

🍇 Elavarra — a rich and blooming kingdom

Elavarra is a mighty kingdom with plentiful natural resources. It's famous for it's fine wine, fertile soils and advanced agriculture. Thanks to it's blooming economy and legendary cavalry, Elavarra is regarded as one of the strongest sovereigns🌾🐎

A monarch rules this kingdom, known by the name Romuald II. He has no sons, and princess Tais is his only daughter 👸 He wants to arrange his daughter’s marriage: he dreams of the day his grandson unites Elavarra and Solmont’s royal families. The trade relations between our countries is very close, and a lot is on the table depending on their relations 👑⚖️

🌕 Kingdom of the Full Moon — theocracy, matriarchal rule and military might

There's a divine monarch ruling the Kingdom of the Full Moon. Formally, the ruler is Sora’s mother, but her mind has faded, and her daughter has long taken the reins of power. She is worshipped by her folk as the Moon goddess incarnate, and her horns are a sign of divine presence🌙👑

It's important to note that this is a theocratic and militaristic country with a matriarchical rule ♀️ Women hold all the power, and males are seen as nothing more than a resource. Princess Sora can have tens, maybe even hundreds of lovers, and no one can refuse her 😈

When the main character was still a child, Solmont went to war with the Kingdom of the Full Moon. The conflict ended with a 24-year long peace treaty — this number is sacred with the Kingdom’s folk and represents the lunar cycle 🌔 The peace treaty ends in two years, and Sora openly claims about her intent to rekindle the war. However, you have a chance to make her change her stance and save your country from conflict 🔥
