Secrets of the crown: what kind of ruler was your father?

Greetings, dear people of the realm! 🏰

Have you ever wondered who the protagonist's father really was? The royal chronicles paint him as a wise and great ruler 👑 The people admired him, the nobles bowed down to him, and the kingdom seemed to prosper under him... But is it really true? ⚖️

The crown hiding dark secrets underneath 📜

At the very beginning of the story, we see the king and queen riding in a carriage. They open up to each other, confessing their infidelities. The king reveals that he has an illegitimate child that he has hidden away from the palace 🔍

But the queen doesn't have time to reveal her secret... because just moments later, the carriage falls off the bridge💥

After their tragic deaths, you, the only heir, are found in a monastery and brought to the palace 👑 Now you must not only prepare to rule, but also unravel the mysteries of your father's past - and perhaps these mysteries will turn out to be far more intricate than you could have imagined...🤔

A great ruler who didn't know how to manage money? 💰

Under his rule, the royal treasury was emptied. The only one who saved the state from collapse was a rich merchant Laurent Frassini 👀 He lent huge sums of money, but the king couldn't just take the money✍🏻

As a token of gratitude, Frassini received the title of baron, lands and the post of Minister of Finance - a rare case of a simple merchant rising so high 🌟

So what was it? A great diplomatic move or a desperate move by a cornered ruler? Perhaps the king really did seek reform and saw the merchant as a new force for the kingdom... but maybe he just had no choice 🏰

Everyone tells you that he was perfect 👑 But then how do you explain his actions? How could he be such a skillful ruler and yet allow financial collapse? And why do so few people have anything real to say about him, other than on-duty praise? 🔍
