SubscribeStar Tiers & Rewards Update! (Apr '25)
Hi Everyone! We're rolling out the SubscribeStar (Substar) changes we mentioned previously. These changes will give you more options and value for your monthly pledges! Here's a summary of what's new:
- The $5 Comic Tier will now get the added bonus of game news and preview animations for Oh So Hero!
- NEW $10 Superstar Tier! - You will get Oh So Hero! game builds on all systems! (PC/Mac/Linux/Android) - All rewards from the $5 tier are included as well!
- PLEASE NOTE: The first Substar OSH game build (v0.23.000) is tentatively scheduled for May 1st, 2025.
These changes go into effect immediately! Please update your tier now as desired. We hope you enjoy the new rewards!
Lifetime Pledge Perks - Rewards based on lifetime pledge amount.
The "lifetime pledge amount" is the total amount of money you have ever pledged to us across Substar and other platforms. You are eligible for certain rewards based on this amount, which we call Lifetime Pledge Perks.
The most notable perk is (optional) inclusion in the Credits of Oh So Hero! We will have a followup post to go into details about this, so please stay tuned.
Some perks are special Discord roles! These roles allow you permanent residency in the Full Frontal Frog Discord server. To obtain one of these roles, you must reach one of the following lifetime pledge amounts:
- $100 for Dedicated Donor
- $360 for Top Donor
Both roles allow you to stay in the server even if you drop your pledge! However, the Top Donor role grants you access to additional channels.
Last, but not least, is the perk of Steam keys! Each key provides a free copy of Oh So Hero! Act 1 on Steam! This perk is special because these keys are a limited resource and will be granted with priority to those with the highest lifetime pledge amounts.
We are currently revamping the Credits form to allow easier awarding of all Lifetime Pledge Perks, including Discord roles and Steam keys, and we will explain more in upcoming posts. Thank you for reading!
