You can use January password to unzip the file(Tier 1 & 2 of password is different)
The Tier 2 are 2 files because Subscribestar can only accepted file size limit 300MB.
If you download this 2 files from here, Please change the names of the two files to the same name with ".zip001" and ".zip002" at the end respectively(ex a.zip.001 & a.zip.002).
You will be able to unzip them.
Alternatively, you can download from the link below; the files from this link may be deleted after a certain period of time.
