Otter Tale Build 9 Public release

There's one more update needed. the Spanish translation. That will be the last time for bug fixes. After that I really need to move on to the next projects.

For january, I'm going to do two rewards each week for that. I'll also post a 3 page comic that I've been meaning to work on.

After that...I got a bunch of new stories to work on. Mostly one shot. I need to keep updating the vn engine before the next big thing. smaller stories help me find the bugs and new functions to add.
