TranSentience Studios
We’re TranSentience Studios, a small hivemind consisting of a dual singularity. This SubscribeStar is dedicated to our sci-fi worldbuilding project. The setting takes place in the Ember Galaxy, a place brimming with life. We want to bring all of this closer to you through comics, illustrations, and detailed lore. Any support will directly go into crowdfunding our endeavors and allowing us to spend more time on the project. Right now, we’re working on a butt-ton of lore and art, as well as occasional pages for our open-ended comic series with lots of characters, slice-of-life situations of our main cast (the crew of the Artox Trahelis), coexistence between different sophonts, the conflicts that arise between diverse civilizations, and the exploration of their unique cultures.

If there’s enough time (and better internet), we might also end up doing regular stream requests. Another idea is opening up a Q&A where we answer TranSentience-related questions via artworks!

Hitting this goal means we can go part-time on our projects after finishing our apprenticeships. This would cover basic living costs like housing, food, and bills, so we can spend more time making art and comics, as well as refining complicated lore and species.

Reaching this milestone would let us work on our setting full-time. We’d be able to publish comics and artwork more often, invest in better tools, and even start focusing on animations. Plus, we’d finally have time to share free-to-read content more often and in larger quantities.
