TL;DR — Key changes:

Kendra: complete overhaul of all questlines. A new Walkthrough mode is available, with clearer quest steps and dependencies. Her story advances to a new relationship stage based on your prior actions
Marie: expanded storyline with 5 new scenes. Her role in the company and personal ambitions are now defined and explored
UX & polish: several sections in your room were simplified/reworked, plus new animations and new quick-access icons
