Important announcement of the content of February and My State
Good morning/afternoon/night, y'all. I finally received an answer regarding all my medical problems.
Right here, I'll make you all clear that the most serious problem I have is retrolisthesis at the L5-S1 junction. This is a spine issue that shows that one of my vertebrae is a bit slipped backwards, which makes me push my back, hips, and legs nerves.
I was sent to get a magnetic resonance to see more clearly what nerves are being obstructed and to know if a disc herniation can appear. If that were to happen, I'd have to be operated. If nothing were to appear, I'd just have to go to a chiropractor or a physiotherapist to perform a spine adjustment with physical treatment, in order to harden and adjust the L5 vertebra.
By now, I already ran out of money. I'll be focusing on some commissions I was asked in order to gain the necessary for paying the resonance, which costs around 450 PS (±118.16 USD), and a chiropractor or physiotherapist, in order to pay a spine adjustment and a treatment. Here in Perú, those specialists charge between 150 and 250 PS (40 and 65 USD).
For the time being, my biggest problem is light and still can be treated. The magnetic resonance would be used to precisely discard any disc herniation or issue I could possibly have.
As for my live as an artist, I'll keep drawing with no much issues, but within a more limited period of time. I'll go from drawing 8-12 hours a day, to only 5.
Also, this February, I'll be focusing only on making edits, since it's the fastest content I can make in order to dedicate time to my treatment routine; but only during this February. Anyways, I'll make fan art from time to time, but only sporadically, so I can work on the pending commission I have.
That would be it. Without nothing more to add, I just want to thank you all so much and apologize for this rough 2024 beginning. You all have been so patient with me, and I cannot thank you enough for that.
We'll be back with more edits starting from today and tomorrow!
With the warmest regards, Steca
