Hi guys. I just want to take a moment and update you on my life; mainly my recent motivation to work on Cheer. As you're no doubt aware progress on Cheer has been very slow, and I think that is because my heart just hasn't been in it lately. The process is very much cut-and-paste for most panels, and I feel like I'm stagnating as an artist as a result. I think it's best for me if I take some time to step away from Cheer and work on illustrations that I'm inspired to, and return to Cheer when I feel like working on it. I hope I can find a balance soon, because there is still SO much work to be done on Cheer.

I will still be posting higher resolution pics of non-Cheer related work here (as opposed to twitter), but I completely understand if you want to cancel/put a hold on your subscriptions. I've honestly been considering restructuring the tiers anyway, mostly in consideration of processing fees, but that's a peek behind the curtain that doesn't really matter much at the moment.

I'm sorry I can't be as productive as we both want me to be, but I think I need to prioritize the joy of creating over pleasing an audience. I wholeheartedly thank you for your past and continued support and patience.

Hello my squshlings!

Just posting to let you know that this month has been a chaotic write-off for art progress, so I've extended everyone's subs for a month! I'm glad Substar makes this so easy for me to do, because this likely won't be the last month where my life gets flipped turned upside down.

Just a quick update for you!

These last two weeks have been a bit chaotic for me for a couple of reasons; my roommate has started moving out so my place is constantly a mess with at least one box on my desk at a time, lots of people are getting sick at work again so I'm getting called in last minute pretty often, and I've just started seeing someone new so that's also occupying a bit of my free time. If I am unable to get page 16 done before the end of the month I'll try to figure out a way to give you guys a free month subscription to your regular tier, but I'll try my best to get it done before then!
