Hey friends! I know this has been a journey, haha! Thank you to those of you who have made the transition across from Patreon and for baring with me as I figure things out and muddle my way through this!
Important note: please can you make sure that your email address is visible to me as a creator. Since a lot of you were unable to keep the same usernames due to them already existing, it's really important that I can find your membership via your email.
To do that, all you need to do is go to your settings:
Scroll down to privacy
Click on 'Specify which creators can see your email address'
Then add Shauna_the_Author as one of those creators.
I've added a screenshot which should help. But if you can't find it, please reach out and let me know and I can help :)

Hi everyone! Okay, so I *think* I have a fix for this. When you sign up, I will need to unlock your membership manually. I will check this daily and make sure I can unlock as many as I can. Remember, my time zone is England (BST) so, if I don't unlock your membership through the night, then I will try and do it first thing in the morning. It may mean that you might be waiting for a few hours for your membership to unlock, but I promise - it will be done! :)
