I finished up today by putting up a new YCH and a new commission order type for myself on Artconomy, but honestly, I only really want to share this today.
I once read a post on tumblr that said something along the lines of "Ten years ago I tried to take my own life. right now I'm staring at my husband playing with my daughter and feeling so grateful that I didn't. It does get better. hang in there."
I think about that post like once a week and I'm finally in a place where i believe it whole heartedly. I wanted to make something to reflect the joy I'm embracing at all the major life changes I'm experiencing. Hell yea it's scary and there's a lot that I'm struggling with because it's hard and uncomfortable to leave your comfort zone, but the sense of freedom I feel is honestly almost overwhelming. It gets better. It really does.
