2023 - July - News Post

Despite enjoying my much needed break, I haven't been able to help myself from updating my model library and implementing a number of improvements. In no particular order:
  •  Improved male and female lips to look more natural, detailed and reflect light better.
  •  Improved the look of mouths and tongues to look more realistic.
  •  Added more detail to both male and female genitalia.
  •  Improved the look of wet genitalia.
  • Added new clothing and bdsm outfits.

On the comic side, I looked at some other comic artists to see if there were things I wanted do differently and found a few things I want to experiment with. 
  • Potentially switching from the hentai style sound effect bubbles to warped text to better separate sounds from speech. See PPP example below.
  •  Including small closeup panels throughout the comic.  I implemented a lot of closeups in the most recent Roomies 2 pages to try it out, and it did end up taking a lot longer to make those pages, so I'll need to find a middle ground for how much to use them. I think it does help the story flow better, especially for action panels.  

Also, not to get everyone's hopes up, as I still won't be starting any new comics for a while, but I played around with some improvements to Kayla's hair and model to push her stylistically a little back towards her original look in the earlier chapters.  

I also did a rough outline of KSB 5 as well as KSB 6 and will let it marinate for a while. The general idea for KSB 5 is that the boys find out that Jason is returning, but are having so much fun with their now eagerly submissive pet that they decide not to tell her until the last minute so they can maximize their time left with her. They also decide to record videos of Kayla's eager participation in the hopes they can prevent her from immediately telling Jason when he shows up. So KSB5 will be fairly light in terms of mood and won't have much conflict, with the boys focusing on all the fun ways they can use Kayla while she eagerly participates and begs for more. Of course, that's going to make things a bit awkward in KSB 6 when Jason is back in the house.  

I decided to scrap the maid themes, as HHP:MA already featured that pretty heavily, and also decided that the delivery girl won't be returning so the focus can remain on Kayla (though the package she delivered will come into play).  

As a note, I've gotten lots of suggestions for various ways the story should go, and I want to emphasize that KSB was always meant to be a story with relatively lighter non-consent themes with the characters making impulsive decisions in the heat of the moment while on vacation. Unlike a lot of the other stories that feature permanent slavery and other darker themes, there will be a happy ending for Kayla when the story is finished.  

Finally, I am starting to think about the next options for SubscribeStar voting, and there will be a poll sometime this month once I figure out which ideas will make sense for the monthly format.
