Lewd Town Adventures(v0.13) progress update number Seven.

Hello everyone, Jamleng here with the first update after the break. Anyone tired from last night?

First of all I want to wish you all a very happy new year with lots of good health, fun and prosperity. May 2023 be your best year yet!

It's been a really busy month for me where I had to do tons of stuff IRL. The house is finally painted which I'm really happy about.
Other mundane but necessary stuff has been done on my part so I'm happy. Especially the holidays were pretty hectic here but I had fun, I hope you guys enjoyed yourselves as well.

Meanwhile, Xo has been working steadily off and on to write and render some interesting new events for characters who have not received as much attention as they should. the animations and images are looking great.

Does anyone have any new new years resolutions?
I do, I've been sitting behind the computer way too much ever since the covid debacle started and so I've been gaining a bit of weight which I'd like to get rid off.
My body has given plenty of signals to change a tad so it's seriously time to start listening.

Pretty sure I said the same thing last year but this time I'm really going to hit the gym again and get back into shape a bit. Get healthier and stop drinking for a while (although I really love my beers).

Another resolution of course is to work hard on the game and make it as awesome as possible. More information about that in next week's special progress update post.

Xo's resulutions are this:
Assemble the exercise bike I bought 4 years ago that has sat in its box in my living room unused. I've eliminated all soda from my diet, finally gotten medical insurance coverage, and plan to start working out a bit as well.

I also plan to finish my 3 half-written books, get a gig job, and a few other things I won't disclose at the moment.

What about the game?
Luckily, I managed to catch up quite a bit in the earlier weeks of December because I was behind. Xo has been working on a bunch of scenes and now the coming update is finally starting to take shape.
Various events on both Good and Dark paths have been completed with lots of story progression.

Off the top of my head at this time the following events have been completed with loads of stuff going, some having multiple events:
The Cathedral.
Some university girls.
Rose.
Sophia.
Lilly.
Sarah.
MC.
Emily.
Main story progression scenes containing multiple events.

And many more currently in the works.

At this time, I'd reckon the update is about 30-40%? done on rendering alone but the coming month I will be giving it my all, so expect very fast progress.

I'm well rested, highly motivated and there are many things we want to add for the coming update so expect plenty of progress update posts and just lots of work put in.

A friendly reminder that the 0.13 update is scheduled for the end of February.

I'm not adding the ones I made because they're too spoiler heavy IMO and like always, I personally dislike giving out spoilers. These don't show much, but should keep players guessing though what's happening there and afterwards is pretty unpredictable.

A reminder from a previous posts with the goals that we have for this year including other additions.

Loads of new content.
An achievement system.
A new, better and more professional looking world map (probably outsourced).
A more slick looking interface.
A new website.
A name/logo for JamlenGames.
An improved journal that's always 100% on point.

Maybe other stuff but I'm not sure at the moment because overall I'm pretty happy with the state of the game considering everything.
