Hello again, thanks for your support.
I'll post the last monthly character poll and doodle suggestion form tomorrow because I have something to announce today.
Due to the subscription loss, I'm considering changing the tier rewards again. Many unsubscribe reasons show that they were disappointed. People like different things, I can't control it. What I can do is find a way to produce content more stably, regularly, without burning out.
I'll remove the monthly character poll and doodle suggestions in August. The main reason is that the service didn't attract people. I think more people would support me for the alts and continuation of my drawings.
For those who have suggested, I'll keep doing the doodle suggestions until all the suggestions of the previous month and this month have been put in the polls.
For the content, I still focus on sexy pin-ups, futa, and yuri incest. It would be easier for me to keep motivated when I like the content myself.
My goal is to update 1-2 artworks with alts every week. And I want to make the animations again. I'll try to animate 2-3 of my works per month, starting from this month to see if I can handle the workload.
The new tier rewards start in August:
For $1 and higher tiers, you'll see the sketches of my current works.
For $3 and higher tiers, you'll get access to my hi-res illustrations one week earlier than I post on Twitter, with all the paywall-only alts.
For $10 tier, you'll get the above, the hi-res animations, and PSD files.
**My doujin content would be considered the same as illustrations.
***I don't know if I should make the content available only for supporters current month and sell the previous rewards in packs on Gumroad and Booth. I want to make it available for my supporters, but some people only subscribe once, get access to all the previous content and post them on other sites. It would be unfair to my other supporters. I know I can't prevent it, but I want to ask for your opinions.
Just a thought, I’m not too familiar with Subscribestar or Gumroad, but you could have a system where after X number of months the person who subbed gets a code that they can use on Gumroad to get older content for free.
Ack can’t edit my comment. Another thought might be to make a more expensive tier on SubStar that will give ones immediate access to older content so even if they only subscribe one time you still make a few extra bucks.

Fully support you restructuring everything so things better for you financially just some random points I'd add just in case something resonates sorry for wall of text:
- The code is a really good idea if you go down gumroad route
- Think you currently have a trust period on your posts may be worth tweaking the settings there maybe might be able to achieve similar eff
- With commissions maybe rework slots and discounts e.g. maybe have like 2 additional slots for stuff u really want to draw and with no specifics just a general prompt or theme. Basically this way you get to do stuff you'd probably normally do anyway outside comms but instead they have been paid for, you can still do discounts for general yuri, incest etc but just have more slots exclusively for low pressure fun stuff for you. I'm sure someone would pay some money at least for Lusallilie in certain outfits or scenarios they get to pick but you have creative freedom past that.
Thanks for your suggestions, I'll consider about it. I might open slots for some franchises I want to draw.
Want me to be honest, can be annoying and ik it sucks trust me, shit like that just happens, I would think about it much even more so with adding more measures just inconvenient actually fans and supporters, plus no matter what happens can't combat a hacker on the site for example so what to do in that situation?
