We had a few problems, but we are gradually fixing them.

I had to take almost 10 days off due to medical issues, fortunately I'm doing much better than an already back to normal speed.

Our background artist also had a flood hit his home and is taking a few weeks off to fix things there, fortunately he already made 2 complete (and gorgeous!) backgrounds so this shouldn't slow the project down.

On another note, our latest Main artist(the one responsible for combat) left due to commitment issues, I have been in talks with another one and I'm feeling hopeful about the "negotiations".

Problems aside, let's talk about the progress made since the last post:

Coding (Houtamelo - Me): With the local and world map done I went to work on the UI, we have the pause menu almost fully functional and the main menu as well, though both need some polishing and more appealing art (I'm mostly using placeholder art there for now). On the side I'm also working on the save system - it will be a iron gauntlet system where the game will saveable basically anywhere.

Writing (Sr.Up): Is organizing the branches of chapter's plot, it will be heavily tied to a corruption-like stat that each sibling will have (though each will also have different implications on the plot). This corruption system will vary depending on the areas of which each sibling is interested. (e.g.: **SPOILER ALERT START**: the younger sibling is interested on botany and anatomy and it's corruption will increase more when dealing with those subjects **SPOILER ALERT END**)

Art (Sunday - VN artist): has finished portraits of both siblings for VN-like events, he also made expression variations for both.

Music (Zhero): is working on a soundtrack for the Main Menu and has already shown us a WiP (it's gorgeous!).
