Hey everyone it is the end of March so lets get an update on what work has been happening with Goop Troopers.

More than anything else this month I have been working on the tentacle sex scene. I really wanted to get it done for a subscriber release this month but it just didn't happen. I want to apologize for that, I am working diligently on the animation and elements alongside of it. I have made really great progress with it  being my focus but these animations are very difficult for me and take a long time to get everything moving right.

All of Ashley is animated for the scene, I have also finished all frames of the tentacles holding her arms. I have finished all of the "main" tentacle animations in every part of the scene minus the climax. So all that is remaining on the scene are the tentacles holding Ashley's legs and the main tentacle of the climax scene. The leg tentacles will take a good chunk of time based off the arm tentacles but we are very close to the release so please have patience with me!

I have also updated the boss tentacle behaviors to allow the scene to happen in game and I am very happy with the changes made. I may do some gameplay balance changes for the tentacle hitbox in light of some of these updates but I am going to let it go as it currently is.

I also spent a bit of time this month updating the abilities of the orange goopman flyer enemy. If Ashley is below him he will now dive at her in an attempt to hit her. With further development this is how I will be able to implement a sex scene for these enemies. This will make this enemy much more useable than just a danger in aerial based areas of levels so be prepared to keep an eye out for them!

I am trying to increase the amount of time I work each night. It has currently been 2 hours every night with a bit more on weekends. I am going to try and work an extra hour each night because I am not satisfied with my progress and there is a lot of stuff still needing to be drawn, coded, or both!
